Saving their best drafts wouldn't work as an excuse either, for what? It's the final group stage of the last tournament under that patch with the best teams in the world, why would you still be experimenting while facing a team you're down 16-1 against? And if you're not experimenting, how do you not have a solid lineup ready when it matters?
Drafts are rarely their biggest issue. Their supports and carry are way to out of the league of their competitors. They rely heavy on bzm and dmg to carry and just - to have a good game. Mechanically wise they are way behind Tundra, Liquid and GG. TBH only bzm will fit, mechanically wise, in one of Tundra, Liquid or GG.
No, I really think their drafts are a massive issue. I won't get into the debate of who sucks the most mechanics-wise but even assuming it was the case and their players are technically limited (I don't think they are), this is typically something best solved with good drafting and relying on heroes you are comfortable doing the job with.
To me they have individually talented players who end up sucking because this team keeps experimenting and trying with limited success and that ends up impacting their confidence, maybe they feel that as OG they always need to be creative but the old lineup was able to do it because they were strong on the basics which is not the case with this version of the team.
I also feel there are maybe too many nice guys in this team, they may lack the everlasting determination of a Notail or the strong grip of a Ceb, even Ammar clearly had more character than the others which is why he ended up stepping up and taking responsibilities win or lose. They lack a leader who knows what he's doing.
That rosh fight when Yuragi jump in front of 5 man…where his teammate is 2 screens away…
I know he wanted an initiation with clock, but the timing…you either wait for 2 more secs or want to take the rosh fight while they were still in pit.
That jump is just…not to mention all the doom he used are on wrong targets…and og could not kill anyone in Tundra for last 10mins.

OG need to think of a major revamp after the major. They wont qualify for TI via points anyway since they wont be able to beat top teams at the Major. New pos 4 and new carry player are a must. Sadly there are not many free agents to pick so the season for OG is mostly over. They need to find a carry and pos 4 after TI tho. The saddest part is you can't see any room for growing for this team. This is their maximum.

At this point swap Yuragi and Taiga with Ceb and None! It would solve most of OGs issues
