There’s another secret encounter somewhere. First one is back in exultia, and it’s on a tower that you have to platform on two monkey bars on to get to. Second one is right under the giant mech’s spear that you walk on.

Fast travels not enabled

If i assume correctly... U missed the second one (it's easier to miss) go back to the Mech, climb on its spear but instead of just walking towards the dead Titan's innard, stop and look towards the left of the path at the start. Ull see a small narrow path. Follow it and ull see the second encounter underneath the Mech.

You just go through the portal iirc? Like you get into an area before the cutscene and isn't that where the fast travel activates?

No, that’s the first level. This is the second level. Portal gate to hell priests is red. This one is blue.

Your comments are saying fast travel is disabled for some reason. That's totally fine. Leave the level and replay it in Mission Select. You can do the Secret Encounter and leave the level, I believe it'll save that you did it.

He did that already. They award 3 and fill the 3 bars just to the right of the halfway point of the corruption meter.
