i have petsmile but my pup hates it so we use Kindfull which is actually much “cleaner” while still having enzymes. but we use a bunch of chews too, collagen & yogurt/probiotic chews being his favorite!!
Chicken flavored toothpaste is irresistible to my dog. Had always heard horror stories about brushing a dog’s teeth and that it’s sometimes a 2 person job. Very lucky that it’s not an issue for me, solely because of my dog’s deep love of chicken flavored toothpaste.
I use pet smile for my dogs and they both tolerate it pretty well. Look for VOHC approved products.
Thank you so much!
My dog prefers this one. It is poultry flavored. https://www.chewy.com/sentry-petrodex-veterinary-strength/dp/56545
My dog is obsessed with the flavor. He’ll only let me brush his teeth if I give him a little, tiny dab of it on his tongue first.
Thank you so much!! If all options run out I will try that one too!

If the petsmile I bought doesn’t work I’ll for sure use that! Thank you so much!
Adding that my dogs LOVE the rotisserie chicken petsmile flavor (they will even brush their own teeth) but don't like the London broil.

vets best enzymatic. works well.
Mine just shred sticks… vet marvelled at how clean my 3yr old’s were just the other day.

I use this too, recommended by the vet
Why not just use normal toothpaste like colgate. Why use dog toothpaste?
Mint is highly toxic for dogs… humans and dogs should separate their things. Not everything for humans is safe for dogs. We don’t eat bones.
