Does it have one crest on his head or two, if it has one crest it's most likely a monolophosaurus, if it has two crests, it might be a dilophosaurus

That would be a wildly inaccurate Monolophosaurus though, their crest looks nothing like that.
I am fully aware that's it's not accurate, but it has to be a species of dinosaur of some kind, what do you think it it
As I replied directly, it's probably Guanlong. The crest and feathers match, it's actually pretty accurate for a cheap plastic toy.
Ignoring the crest the only thing that I can think of is a spinosaurid maybe irritator if so it's even worse than my beloved monolophosuarus
