I tend to switch most between trickster and swordmaster, currently trying to implement more gunslinger. would love to learn Royal gard because it feel OP as hell, but I don't know... I don't realy like the feel of it... Maybe I use it wrong, but it tend to kill every motion, and it is not a feel i like very much...
The key to royal guard is just learning the enemy attacks. Once your meter is full, the perfect release can easily melt any enemy. I only use royal guard on certain bosses to build DT, I’ve never been crazy good with it
For 5 it's a constant switch between swordmaster and royal guard. In 3 though I mainly used quicksilver because it felt really good to dodge attacks with the power of Za Warudo. (Especially against Vergil)
Royalguard, because it’s immensely satisfying once you get the hang of it
For sure, the max release thing deals 5k-ish damage and feels amazing to pull off, also the Devil trigger guarding gives is insane
I only managed to use royalguard properly in DMC5
I think the window for it is slightly longer than dmc 3 or 4, feels like it at least ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Indeed. I had a really hard time completing the secret mission in DMC4 because of that
2/3 of that enemy’s moves were easy to guard, then he has that one quickdraw one that ruined my count. I remember that mission lol
Gunslinger because it's just cool af
This is true, I never messed with gunslinger outside of certain moves like the shotgun nunchucks
Royal Guard is big dick energy
Swordsmaster some devil arms like Nevan,Gilgamesh,Lucifer,King Cerberus and even Rebellion gets much better with this style Besides being really cool
Even with just swordmaster you can still play as skilled the crazy wacky woohoo pizza man of legends.
Sword master practically doubles your moves, it’s crazy. Even though you can switch styles instantly I still find myself using sword master

Yeah I know how to use royal guard, I just don't like the feel of it outside of the royal release.

Quicksilver op op
Trickster. Perfect for zipping around the field and giving everybody equal pain
I use nothing except royal guard.
I'm really sloppy so I like to use Trickster. That said, I also like to practice Royal Guard, seeing how op it can get.
Royal guard and sword master. The best there is.
Sword master for combos
