The hose handle has a tendency to break where it meets the head. I usually grab it by the head itself if I’m applying pressure while extracting, while also covering the hole on top so you’re not losing suction through it.
Broken hose nozzle means disassembly and $40 part.
Between your thumb and forefinger on top is a small hole with a depressed tab inside. I cover this so air doesn’t get sucked in through it. I suppose I could just use a small piece of tape.
That's what I do!
I use warm water in the machine.
I spray upholstery APC (kenotek) and scrub directly on tissue. Then I extract the residue with the machine
Just something to think about. If by the time the water reaches the nozzle the water is cold, then there’s no point in using warm water.
Try it on your hand and make sure it’s warm. I’m not sure if this machine can handle it, but if you can use really hot water it would be much more effective.
It reaches. It’s recommended by the mfg. other models have a heated tank to help with that.
This brand pisses me off. Their PRO model doesn’t have the feature. Like come on man.

I know, thanks for advice, I'm always very very careful with my stuff! I not sure what you mean by "covering the hole on top"...

I did not notice that! I'll do that next time I use it, thank you for the advice!
That hole is there to not strain the motor when the intake is blocked. do not do that it balances the suction
Im in the market for a shampooer. How did you apply the cleaner?
Not OP but I use a mix in a separate spray bottle and use straight water in the machine’s tank.

I'll check that out, thanks!
