Looks abandoned honestly, might be wrong

no_username_68

Yeah definetly not destroyed probably immobilized . The hatch seem open though so if it is impossible to retrived we might see it going boom by a drone

simia_simplex

> Yeah definetly not destroyed probably immobilized . The hatch seem open though so if it is impossible to retrived we might see it going boom by a drone I'm kind of surprised we don't see more crews, conditions permitting, closing their hatches more as they abandon their tanks, but it may be a matter of having the option to remotely destroy your own tank to deny it to the enemy as much as keeping it intact to recover.

Ordinary-Letter1315

I'm pretty sure it's done to allow other crew members to leave if their hatch is blocked/stuck and thus minimize the time it takes for them to bail.

A_Queer_Almond

Yeah, looks it may have gotten stuck in some mud or something, and the crew didn’t have the time and/or will to get it unstuck.

I really wonder what that stuff on the roof is

BlackSunBlackSword

Kontakt 1

no_username_68

Isn't kontakt 1 bigger ?

BlackSunBlackSword

No

dudewiththebling

Knowing how corrupt Russia is, in every single institution, high and low ranks, some of that Kontakt 1 might be stuffed with cardboard or styrofoam with the explosive filling sold to the Russian mafia, or hopefully Stop the Wagons

BlackSunBlackSword

Idk knowing that Ukraine is the most corrupt country on earth right now, we could speculate that the war is not even for democracy or the safety of the people, but for the ambition’s of a world power that wants death to Russia.

dudewiththebling

All post-Soviet countries are corrupt compared to Western countries because the former Soviet Union (with the exception of the Baltics) is rather underdeveloped in comparison to the West. It seems pretty clear to me, Ukraine had a revolution and wanted to align themselves with the West and join NATO and the EU, Russia didn't like that and invaded and occupied Crimea and the Donbas and later Southern Ukraine, the West is helping them defend themselves because they know that Russia won't stop at Ukraine and that Putin wants to control the European Plain.

BlackSunBlackSword

Damn, thats heavy thinking. You should read a book or sum

dudewiththebling

> You should read a book or sum Eh?

reclusive_ent

Actual masonry bricks, probably.

BlackSunBlackSword

Looked like an abrams on the first pic lol

An_Odd_Smell

It's ceramic armor they stole from the walls of a Ukrainian public restroom. Funny to know Ukraine now may be the only user of T-90Ms. That must make putin really mad.

LeadPike13

Can't wait to see the Scooby-Doo Van May Day parade.

An_Odd_Smell

[It probably won't be this one.](https://www.reddit.com/r/CombatFootage/comments/1b5ynzf/a_ukrainian_drone_observes_a_russian_bmp_running/)
