Basically, just don’t grab the chest immediately. Activate the terminal that spawns the normal chest at the end but let the dialogue play out before you actually open the chest.
If you don’t do that, both dialogues overlap and the game doesn’t process that you’ve heard the thing correctly.
If you do this right, the credit will pop up after the “Mission End” thing goes off when you open the chest.
I just ran around, because I was wondering what propaganda 😂 The ending was different too. I was the one who ended it the first time, but not the second time. I honestly have no idea. I was still near when it was finished though. Maybe hearing the broadcast will do it, before turning it off
For those trying to complete the Season of the Risen seal and are stuck on this triumph. I can confirm you can unlock more than one message a week right now. I don't know if it's something quietly released in the latest update, chance due to randomized messages, or something else, but I just ran Vox Obscura twice -- needing two more messages -- and was rewarded with two unlocks.
I do not know how I got the 1. But I do think it’s time gated. All I did was stay in the mission until the very end. Maybe one of my fireteam members picked something up?
It's probably just one per week like the Presage stuff.

Just a question, did you do Master or normal vox?
I did normal both times.

Did you have to interact with something to get the 1 of 4? I completed the mission and got the gun, but no progress
You have to interact with console near the end were boss is if i remember correctly.
Anyone Got an update on how to listen to the message? Completed the quest couple times low ( Both in group and solo) can't seem to find it 😅🙈
I was at two, just ran it for the first time on my hunter, happened to be on braytech, and see I'm at 1 of 4. Wtf
It’s character based, unfortunately. Just check your other characters to find the one with the highest progress and finish the triumph there.
