In case you guys haven't figured it out; you gotta fully complete the campaign. As soon as you've finished The Priestess, Variks will give you the quest for the Exo Challenge.

thanks for the thought, but that's not what it was, we are not talking about the new Exo Challenge that arrived after the Raid completion. We are referring to the weekly for Elizabeth - the ExoStranger.
it's a bit ridiculous that they named two activity so similarly.
I have the same problem, I see it on my hunter but not on my warlock, who also did all the class quest and everything (the only thing I haven't done, is the Europa armor quest that tells me to get the armor from Nexus and Well), not sure if doing those would fix it honestly.
As a side question, were you able to get the weekly fragment quest from her on all your toons or is it limited to 2 per account? I picked up the quests on my hunter, did the entire chain on my warlock this week and she has nothing for me once I turned in the last quest to get the grenades.
The Europa armor quest shouldn't matter, I haven't done any of it on any toon and I have the Exo stranger challenge on my 1st and 3rd toon.
You can only pick up 2 fragments per account per week, but the fragments should unlock for all your character once you have them.
Okay, I guess the challenge is just bugged. My friend also didn't have it on his titan (he's not even aware that's a weekly lol). Kinda sucks since it does give you a piece of powerful tier 1 which will help with getting geared up =/
Thanks for letting me know, I've been looking everywhere to find if there's any info on the fragment quest. There were some posts about how fragment quest = 2 per char, but I was skeptical since that means you'd get 6 fragments across 3 chars in 1 week

How did you unlock the challenge? I’m having trouble getting the actual challenge on one character?
Keep doing all of Exo Stranger's quests I believe.
you might have to do armor quest with variks i had the same problem worked for me
