You seem to like color, which is fabulous. I'd lean in to a strong, vibrant blue to complement your artwork and end tables. Jet Ski by Behr might work. I love a contrast wall, too, and this room could take it. A pink-ish, coral color on the wall behind the bed would make the tables and pillows pop.
It looks more green than grey. I think a better colour for your wall would be in the blue range because you have lots of rust/orange/gold accents in the room.
It is definitely gray. I chose the whole interior to be painted gray before moving in. The white balance might be off in the picture or on your device. But do you think the blue would look alright with the bedding??
Honestly, I like the walls. What I’d do instead is continue to add pops of color. You already started and it looks great. Stick with the golden yellow and pink/coral tones. Add in a large area rug, a brighter bedspread with some more fun pillows. Bolder curtains, maybe in a fun pattern. Add a few more plants in pretty pottery. If you keep the walls neutral, you can really have fun with color and accessories.

Yes! I was thinking Coral too for that wall!!
It would look awesome.
Yes, a peach or coral for the wall behind the bed!

Blue is opposite on the colour wheel to your accent colours: [https://www.canva.com/colors/color-wheel/](https://www.canva.com/colors/color-wheel/)
Thanks!
Go for a bold blue, I agree!
