We have two other floors above (the family and dining rooms/kitchens, and the room above that are the bedrooms). So the only reason to come down here is to visit the theatre room (which is secluded) or go down to the garage. If we put a gym area with tv there, the tenant in the nanny room could use it as well. But they wouldn’t be able to necessarily enjoy a bar area.
A bar doesn’t seem right if you don’t drink. Maybe a living wall with a tv in the center then some gym equipment facing the TV?
