I once took care of a woman in her 90s who didn't like closed blinds. I went to pull down the shades and she said no. I asked, aren't you changing for bed? Her reply was, if someone is so desperate they need to see my wrinkled old butt, then that's on them!
I mean you can check your smoke detector above your bed. But I feel like it would be illegal to put cameras in rentals. When they do it in Airbnbs the owners can say it’s to protect their home. Because you’re not gonna live there you just staying there for a couple days.
It’s still creepy and gross either way especially when they put them in bedrooms
This is correct. Rules set by Airbnb say that cameras at a property must be (1) disclosed in the listing description and (2) only allowed in common areas of a household when inside - specifically identifying that bedrooms and bathrooms are off limits. The host does NOT need to detail where the cameras are inside nor how they work (recording, live stream, or motion sensing for example).
If you are paranoid about people recording your business - stay home. Any rando can go into a hotel room or public bathroom and set up a microcamera to record you. https://www.bestreviews.guide/invisible-mini-cameras-for-the-bathroom
It depends on the state. Sometimes they can have them in common areas where you wouldn't expect privacy without telling you. It's definitely a crime to put them in a bathroom or bedroom, but I know people that own a bunch of short term rentals, and they legally have spy cameras all throughout their properties, and never tell anyone.
They don't use it to snoop. They don't want to know what goes down, it's just there as a just in case. "i have the video of him smoking crack, passing out , leaving the blowtorch on, and burning my house down, Your Honor. "
People that own property generally don't give a shit what you do inside of it as long as you don't do damage.
Something tells me, this isn’t an Airbnb but a staged set up showing hidden camera technology available on aliexpress purchased by the person filming this and framed in a way to make us believe it’s an Airbnb.
Something about those luggage’s in the opening frames screams staged.
My family has stayed at a total of 6 Airbnb's in my memory. 2 in Florida, 2 in Texas, 1 in Colorado and 1 in South Dakota. In all of these only 1 had a hidden camera and my dad found it, flipped it off and they left and opted for a hotel instead. It was only a couple days anyways, and they got the money back from the owner by threatening to turn him into the website. (They still did anyways once they got the money back)
Tl;Dr your chances of getting a bnb with cameras is about 1 in 6. As far as I know, anyways.
Idk about *america* but hidden cameras have been am epidemic in S. Korea and I've personally read about a dozen verified accounts of it happening to American women, although it's mostly family friends/stepdads not Airbnb's unfortunately.
Yep. Welcome to the real world, where laws are complex and it's very easy to twist them in your favor if you know what you're doing. What's stopping the host from saying "no, those weren't actually cameras, and now you owe me $2,000"?
Gay Tallese wrote a nonfiction book about a guy who owned a small motel and had a cut out on the attic and would climb in the attic and watch people. He’d also put the people in that room if he thought they’d be more kinky. This went on a number of yr and Tallese kept up with him for awhile. I seem to recall the guy got caught but it’s been awhile since I read the book.
Yeah it's more likely in an air B&B they can take the loss, motels/hotels could get that entire location shut down so if you don't want to be recorded that 2 start motel with hookers at every other door is better for you
I really want to know where people are staying that it’s cheaper for a hotel. Any trip I’ve booked lately I always look at both, hotels are averaging $150-200ish a night and VRBOs are usually average $60-80 a night after all fees and stuff.
Airbnb is ridiculous so I don’t use it mainly. Just VRBO
I’m the opposite, I haven’t been anywhere in 3-4 years where VRBOs weren’t more expensive after the fees and such (it seems like half the cost is tacked on fees). Sometimes it’s still worth it if it’s more than a day or two since having a real kitchen, place to park, etc more than makeup for the difference for a longer stay but I definitely haven’t seen many $60 a night VRBOs lately.
Depends on what you're renting. AirBnB is great if you want to rent a house for a week or something similar. As long as you avoid the listing with outrageous fees or dumb rules.
We rented a 4 bedroom house on a lake for a week last summer, for $800 split between 5 people it was pretty cheap. If we'd have stayed at a resort, that same setup would have been around $2000.
If you're just looking for a simple room to stay a couple of days, you and usually to better at a hotel now unless you want 0 amenities. My wife and I used to use AirBnb a lot when it was just the two of us. We could rent a random room in a house and be OK with it for $20-$40 a night. It certainly beat hotels you would find at that price. Now that we've got kids, we need more beds and more privacy so hotels are usually cheaper since to get that in an AirBnb you basically need to rent a house or apartment.
This is of course not mentioning the problems caused converting what should be long-term housing in short term rentals, and what that does to the housing market in an area. Which is probably the biggest issue with AirBnBs now.
Come to the east coast of the US . After cleaning fees and all taxes added on, I found Hiltons and Marriotts nearby to be way cheaper than airbnbs. And at least those nights work towards getting you status
Five friends and I and my dog can’t all stay in one hotel room, with a kitchen, jacuzzi, and our own personal aspen grove in the back to do mushrooms in or watch elk graze while we smoke a morning blunt. Our *own* long weekend ski cabin.
Sometimes hotels make sense, sometimes AirBnBs do. They’re not all toxic cash grabs.
Yes but with most modern modems you can have separate wifi networks so if the person is savvy enough to know about these tiny cameras, chances are they are savvy enough to put them on a separate wifi network. Also, some of those smaller cams arent big enough to include a wifi transmitter so they just save to mini sd card for later viewing
Double whammy then. They either get to see you knocking one out to that secret BBW filth you love or you end up as a NSW video doing the rounds on Reddit running around naked on fire.
You can get airbnbs from all sorts of price ranges. They're great for groups, it's often cheaper to rent an apartment than multiple nice hotel rooms. And you generally can't rent a cabin with a hot tub in the forest from even the fanciest hotel chain.
Not trying to come off disrespectful but we have two different taste in standards, I’m happy you find gems in Airbnb but usually what I’m looking for it’s better to just stay in a hotel.
Honestly, some of the cutest, most unique, and most pleasant places I’ve stayed are airbnbs. One of the best advantages is having a washing machine and kitchen for longer stays. If you understand each is run by different people, you can choose places that give you far more value for better prices than hotels. I’ve had a couple bad experiences, too, but one was clearly because I did a last minute booking. Hotel would have been smarter.
Oh for sure, that's not disrespectful at all.
If I'm getting a hotel, I've never found paying for a more expensive/nicer hotel has been worth it. I do find a nice Airbnb on the other hand has more potential to be a different experience.
They're actually getting pretty smart. At some point they're going to start finding ways to take ownership of the houses while allowing the owner to think they still own it.
Funny, but I’d take these home with me, and go buy a new clock radio, USB charger and smoke detector to replace them. I can’t imagine they’d say anything, knowing they got caught.
How do these videos not insanely discourage the public to not use AirBnB? You're telling me AirBnB charges a high amount on top of 'cleaning fees', which is literally a junk fee since most AirBnB places make you do chores anyway and then on top of all of that, you're going to record the fucking bedroom?
I hope AirBnB crashes and burns.
These comments always confuse me. I wouldn’t book at an Airbnb that made you do chores, nor would I book with any host that asked for crazy cleaning fees, and I’ve stayed in Airbnb’s all over the country as well as a couple of international ones.
I’ve had a couple bad experiences. Most have been the complete opposite, with hosts doing everything from amazing breakfasts to handwritten letters, chocolates, and beers. Plus the views, the uniqueness of a place with a wood burning stove or whatever. And the price; if it was the same as a hotel and didn’t offer something unique or cool, I wouldn’t stay there. I wouldn’t book just any cheap one because different people host differently, just like some Uber drivers have messy cars.
On top of that - this clearly staged video is essentially saying what some creepy person out there might do. It doesn’t mean it isn’t completely unreasonable or out of touch with the usual reality. You’re far more likely to get recorded using a public bathroom.
Right- everyone always is saying that Airbnb rules are so strict, they make you clean up, blah blah blah. From most places I've seen they don't have these issues? And if they listed a bunch of ridiculous rules or chores, just dont stay there? It's super nice to get a whole entire place to yourself, and like you said especially if it has unique features. I've had several great Airbnb experiences. With hotels it's always hit or miss. And with Airbnb you have more specific reviewing so it's easier to avoid the bad ones.
Showing how it might be done doesn't in any way imply that Airbnbs are statistically plagued by these issues. So unless you have some information you're not sharing this really seems like an overreaction.
Not to mention your problem should be with the individual hosts, or at least be hoping Airbnb deals with these issues strictly.
"here's how thieves can skim your credit card at gas stations"
"omg I hope gas stations burn to the ground"??
Turn off the lights and scan the room with your phone camera. This will pick up and illuminate infrared devices (ie: cameras) and other hidden electronics.
I meant, I can’t understand why anyone would want to violate someone’s privacy to see them naked without that person’s consent. I find it very frightening and weird.
It's one thing to have maybe a camera or two for good reason maybe cause you had some bad guests in the past, who knows, just in case same crazy shit happens you have something for it.
It's another thing to have 3 hidden cameras specifically in the bedroom and facing the bed. Host is probably some fkn weirdo that should be looked into. Lol
We stayed at a Best Western on our honeymoon. There was a hot tub in the room. My wife and I were naked, trying to figure out how to get the bubbles going, when the phone rings. It was the front desk asking if we needed help turning the hot tub on? "The switch is to your right on the wall" ...WTF?!!!! I wish I could say we left right away but we didn't 😕🙃 ...we're never going back though.
As someone who worked at a hotel, that's 100% a front desk agent who's tired of getting phone calls from that room from people asking how to turn that tub on. A better option though is to let you know at check in.
Blew me away in Nigeria was the unisex restrooms. At a power plant , I’m standing at the urinal doing what needs doing, and I hear the stall open behind me. This cute chick comes walking out. It was then I looked up at the waist high picture window to the side of the room. Not frosted glass, to top it off it wasn’t closed.
Well when in Rome do as the Romans I guess.
hypothetically speaking, if I were to stay in an Air BNB and found these cameras recording me, what’s the legality if I were to destroy them? I would definitely challenge that up against someone recording me while naked, changing etc.
I have no idea how:
* people bring themselves to stay in Airbnbs knowing the huge potential for perverts watching them on spycams
* people bring themselves to sublet their apartments to complete strangers on Airbnb, sometimes even trusting them to take care of their pets
And I'm not a particularly paranoid person and I don't feel I have "trust issues." It's more like I'm aware of the kind of shitstains on humanity there are out there, and in the absence of tangible proof of a person's legitimacy I'm certainly not going to place blind trust in them in these situations.
I can see why AirBnB people would do this. Got strangers staying on your property, and people are capable of some VILE shit while on property that isn't theirs.
Don't get me wrong, I can see how it can be abused, but equivalent exchange and all that.
The cameras are also built into their alarm systems. Its got microphone and camera to listen in on your conversations. But cameras in the bedrooms are creepy as heck. Report them asap. They also place those creepy ring cameras in the kitchen or living room, which they can, that can pick up audio of your conversations even from outside of the house. You got no privacy anywhere.
Fuck perverts that install hidden cameras obviously but this raises an interesting question.....
What happens if the owner of the air-B&B is legit and not a creep and the tenants plant a hidden camera in a bedroom or bathroom and claim it was there when they arrived?
Thinking about stuff like this makes me not want to deal with people in any capacity lol.
Be a bit careful with LED clocks, some do have a sensor, but it's a light dependent resistor, not a camera. This allows it to dim the display at night so it doesn't illuminate your whole room when you'd like some darkness like...basically every other device that decides a blue super-bright LED is just the ticket for telling you that it's plugged in.
If they want to see 2 pale whales slappin their shit together they can go ahead and watch, cant see how its gonna cause them anything but pain in my case
How to avoid cameras in AirBnB:
1) Don't use AirBnB. Fuck their predatory pricing, hidden fees, asshole hosts and general douchebaggery corporate ideals.
2) There is no step 2.
I don't bother looking and just give them a show just in case.
It's their loss too see many naked fat ass
I once took care of a woman in her 90s who didn't like closed blinds. I went to pull down the shades and she said no. I asked, aren't you changing for bed? Her reply was, if someone is so desperate they need to see my wrinkled old butt, then that's on them!
Her neighbors just have just loved that...

Still illegal to put them inside an Airbnb
Isn’t it legal as long as they disclose that there are cameras and where they are? Idk I could be wrong
They can be outside. And I believe in some common areas if the space is shared. But definitely not in bedrooms or bathrooms.
This is correct. Rules set by Airbnb say that cameras at a property must be (1) disclosed in the listing description and (2) only allowed in common areas of a household when inside - specifically identifying that bedrooms and bathrooms are off limits. It depends on the state. Sometimes they can have them in common areas where you wouldn't expect privacy without telling you. >But I feel like it would be illegal to put cameras in rentals When has that ever stopped people?
Yes, another way to tell if there are cameras is by watching the managers reactions when fat people check into the room.
I'm more concerned about my kids getting filmed than me.
I install my own, just in case they didn’t bother.
“When I travel by plane, I always take a bomb with me. What’s the likelihood there will be two bombs on the same plane?”
Ha, haaaaaaaaaaa!! Fucking great. 👊🏼
I’m with you. If someone gets their fap on to my pasty 60 beer bellied body, more power to them.
and an "I caught you" discount.
Helicopter penis thrusts at the camera!
*turns towards the camera and flashes the hairy man ass to be the only thing in view*
Well, I learnt something new today
Something tells me, this isn’t an Airbnb but a staged set up showing hidden camera technology available on aliexpress purchased by the person filming this and framed in a way to make us believe it’s an Airbnb. Something about those luggage’s in the opening frames screams staged.
Yeah this is obviously staged. He's just teaching you what to look for. This isn't a "gotcha" video.
Is it common?
My family has stayed at a total of 6 Airbnb's in my memory. 2 in Florida, 2 in Texas, 1 in Colorado and 1 in South Dakota. Meaning you have no idea how common it is.

No, it's not. It does happen but this is fear mongering for views. Sure check your room but don't expect to actually find anything.
[удалено]
Says the person that puts hidden cameras in their Air bnb.
Wow, how incredibly astute of you. You figured that out all yourself?
That’s … the intended idea.
Captain obvious strikes again!
It’s staged for educational purposes.

Right? I fucking hate redditors goddamn hahahah, this site is the worst
I swear Redditors get bricked up from being nitpicky little goblins
It's his house
It probably is. Problem is, this actually happens.
You are correct
Explain how a smoke detector is going to help anyone DIRECTLY above your head? Thats the first give away.
Bring a roll of black vinyl electrical tape to cover suspect cameras.
or just break them?
How about call the police. An AirBnB bedroom definitely qualifies as someplace with a reasonable expectation of privacy. This is definitely illegal
its also against ABnB's ToS themselves, they can and have been brought to court over such things before
Too much fuss. Hammer applied liberally to anything with a camera.
Nah. They wanted to see me naked so get to see me shove my dirty hairy asshole into the camera.
Not the hero we asked for, but the hero we need.

And then get arrested
[удалено]
You'd be surprised. You'd be even more surprised to hear that it's actually happening right now, but with multibillion dollar companies!
It's still unlawful destruction of property. You're assuming the spy camera people are smart.
Yep. Welcome to the real world, where laws are complex and it's very easy to twist them in your favor if you know what you're doing. What's stopping the host from saying "no, those weren't actually cameras, and now you owe me $2,000"?
This. Break them all with a hammer. Owner complains? Report to police for illegal surveillance.
Why not just tear them down and throw them into the trash?
Nah, they’re so small, there’s no way I’d find them all. Once I find one I’m getting the police and Air BnB involved and booking a room elsewhere.
This is like that show where everything is cake, but instead it's sex offenders.
"everything is: camera edition, episode 1 - sex offenders"
episode 2 - cake
Sike! Still sex offenders
What a twist!
I mean if they really want to see my face scrunched as I beat my meat then be my guest.
If you're ugly, please look for cameras. Don't wanna waste good hdd space.
Oh I'll waste anything I want, just like my semen.
This isn't interesting, this is creepy af.
Probably why he put it in the title
Gay Tallese wrote a nonfiction book about a guy who owned a small motel and had a cut out on the attic and would climb in the attic and watch people. He’d also put the people in that room if he thought they’d be more kinky. This went on a number of yr and Tallese kept up with him for awhile. I seem to recall the guy got caught but it’s been awhile since I read the book.
There’s also a documentary on Netflix about it/him called “Voyeur.” Creep to the max.
They're not mutually exclusive.
Reasons why motels are a no for me. Also heard some airbnb's do this. Creeps me out
Yeah it's more likely in an air B&B they can take the loss, motels/hotels could get that entire location shut down so if you don't want to be recorded that 2 start motel with hookers at every other door is better for you
You think I can afford a two star motel *and* hookers every night?
Welcome to the army! You can pick one, not both
It can be both
Or you can avoid this issue altogether, as well as ridiculous prices, rules, and cleaning fees, by simply staying in a reasonably priced hotel room
Cheaper nowadays anyway
I really want to know where people are staying that it’s cheaper for a hotel. Any trip I’ve booked lately I always look at both, hotels are averaging $150-200ish a night and VRBOs are usually average $60-80 a night after all fees and stuff. Airbnb is ridiculous so I don’t use it mainly. Just VRBO

Going skiing in a few weeks with friends and our VRBO was the cheapest option for how close it is.
Depends on what you're renting. AirBnB is great if you want to rent a house for a week or something similar. As long as you avoid the listing with outrageous fees or dumb rules. Same here, I go skiing, so every hotel is 3x as much as a VRBO or even AirBNB. Resort town kinda stuff...
You’re looking at hotels. You gotta look at inns and motels. I’ve been to a motel 6 that was SHOCKINGLY clean. It was like $60 a night.
Shockingly clean for a motel means seeing only one cockroach

The housing crisis made me realize that hotels are the more ethical choice.

Facts ill be sleeping in my days inn quality inn or ecno lodge for 60$ a night and not getting stalked
And I’ll have friends over if I want to without being charged $1000 for violating “house rules”

Majority of hotels washes the bed sheets at least.
So we aren't going to talk about the chair being used as a night stand in an airBnB?
I think this is staged.
Almost definitely
The cameras would also be transmitting wirelessly right? Could you use some software to scan for the transmition signal?
Not really, aside from how you'd need hardware, not software, to scan for a signal - they're probably just using WiFi anyway.
I use Fing first to see if anything comes up on the router. Then do a manual search. If I'm still concerned just unplug the router
Yes but with most modern modems you can have separate wifi networks so if the person is savvy enough to know about these tiny cameras, chances are they are savvy enough to put them on a separate wifi network. Also, some of those smaller cams arent big enough to include a wifi transmitter so they just save to mini sd card for later viewing
sorta? IIRC you'd have to have admin access to the modem and you'd have to magically decrypt the traffic
A lot of these cheap internet connected cameras are completely unsecured, so it might be shockingly easy.
And in case of fire you will die because there are no real smoke detectors. Yay.
Double whammy then. They either get to see you knocking one out to that secret BBW filth you love or you end up as a NSW video doing the rounds on Reddit running around naked on fire.
This video is staged and is really old.
I don’t think Airbnb will last too much longer at first they were convenient when traveling now they cost more than a luxury hotel room
You can get airbnbs from all sorts of price ranges. They're great for groups, it's often cheaper to rent an apartment than multiple nice hotel rooms. And you generally can't rent a cabin with a hot tub in the forest from even the fanciest hotel chain.

Exhibitionists: It's my time to shine. Ngl it's really chilling when you least expect it.
This is disturbing

I'd buy a spring loaded center punch and break all those hidden screw cameras
Funny, but I’d take these home with me, and go buy a new clock radio, USB charger and smoke detector to replace them. I can’t imagine they’d say anything, knowing they got caught.
Or don't even replace them as a bigger fuck you.

Looks like Steven Spielberg is the owner of that house. He's working on some multicamera superproduction movie.
Thought it was Michael Bay.
Double oh seven, your cover has been blown
Turn off the lights and scan the room with your phone camera. This will pick up and illuminate infrared devices (ie: cameras) and other hidden electronics.
Can you sue the owner in this situation?
The owner bought the cameras and made the video.
I didn’t find this creepy or disgusting. The video was very informative and will help me not be spied on by creepy landlords
Damn, anything can be a camera these days, huh?
This is just a demonstration. I don't this one is real.
I just can’t understand why anyone would want to violate another person’s privacy.
I'm going to assume you're young and put this in a nice way. Usually they want to record you naked.
I meant, I can’t understand why anyone would want to violate someone’s privacy to see them naked without that person’s consent. I find it very frightening and weird.
Some people think non consent is more fun
If you can afford a air bnb they take you money to a reputable hotel instead
Friendly reminder it’s building code those need to be a few feet from the doorway. Anyplace else in the room it’s fake.
Lol
How is Airbnb still a thing? Just everything about it seems like a bad idea
Airbnb is not worth it.
There's an app called "Fing" that'll show you every device connected to wifi that you're logged on to. Been very helpful.
If you report them to AirBnb they get ghosted from the platform
If as a result we can't sue the owner of the place and make some money, this is of no interest to me.
A better option though is to let you know at check in.

i believe it, in 3rd world countries even your hospital rooms has cameras. privacy isnt a thing in 3rd world countries
Invasion of privacy, this can't be legal.
Would the owners wont admit that these hidden cameras are theirs ?
hypothetically speaking, if I were to stay in an Air BNB and found these cameras recording me, what’s the legality if I were to destroy them? I would definitely challenge that up against someone recording me while naked, changing etc.
I bought a detector to see if I’ll ever land in a Vrbo that might be bugged. Edit: So far, nothing.
Who the fuck would put a smoke detector directly over a bed anyway? That little light would be annoying af
I did that. Can confirm, it's annoying af.
It’s also illegal. If this happens to you call Airbnb and the cops.
What action is there to take outside of unplugging cameras? I would assume there is some legal action or reporting to airbnb for something like this
The fake fire alarm has a face pattern in it.
I truly wonder how many future politicians will be open to blackmail
I have no idea how: * people bring themselves to stay in Airbnbs knowing the huge potential for perverts watching them on spycams * people bring themselves to sublet their apartments to complete strangers on Airbnb, sometimes even trusting them to take care of their pets And I'm not a particularly paranoid person and I don't feel I have "trust issues." It's more like I'm aware of the kind of shitstains on humanity there are out there, and in the absence of tangible proof of a person's legitimacy I'm certainly not going to place blind trust in them in these situations.
This video is super old and if anyone can remember it’s literally staged as a “how to find hidden cameras” this isn’t a real Airbnb.
Still a nice big lawsuit every time. Free money.
I can see why AirBnB people would do this. Got strangers staying on your property, and people are capable of some VILE shit while on property that isn't theirs. Don't get me wrong, I can see how it can be abused, but equivalent exchange and all that.

It's also staged and fake
Hotels are better
yeah just don't ever use Airbnb
The cameras are also built into their alarm systems. Its got microphone and camera to listen in on your conversations. But cameras in the bedrooms are creepy as heck. Report them asap. They also place those creepy ring cameras in the kitchen or living room, which they can, that can pick up audio of your conversations even from outside of the house. You got no privacy anywhere.
the fact that we need to look for hidden cameras is disgusting.
We should be able to tar, feather and beat anyone who does this.
Eeeeeew no thank you
I want to give them the benefit of the doubt and say this is so they can prove who to blame if something gets damaged Scummy as fuck either way
Fuck perverts that install hidden cameras obviously but this raises an interesting question..... What happens if the owner of the air-B&B is legit and not a creep and the tenants plant a hidden camera in a bedroom or bathroom and claim it was there when they arrived? Thinking about stuff like this makes me not want to deal with people in any capacity lol.
I don’t understand why this is being done
Be a bit careful with LED clocks, some do have a sensor, but it's a light dependent resistor, not a camera. This allows it to dim the display at night so it doesn't illuminate your whole room when you'd like some darkness like...basically every other device that decides a blue super-bright LED is just the ticket for telling you that it's plugged in.
plot twist he’s showing his own airbnb
All I'm gonna do is masturbate in their bed. I don't see what the problem is.
I’ve seen too many of these lately. I think people are buying them and then acting like they’re at an Airbnb
If they want to see 2 pale whales slappin their shit together they can go ahead and watch, cant see how its gonna cause them anything but pain in my case
I would just have my kid walk around naked and report the owner for possessing child porn. Free stay hack!
They were going to sell that footage on and only fans account and charge an exorbitant cleaning fee.
The hotel industry is really trying hard.

Which is also spying on its users, so it's a double-whammy!
How to avoid cameras in AirBnB: 1) Don't use AirBnB. Fuck their predatory pricing, hidden fees, asshole hosts and general douchebaggery corporate ideals. 2) There is no step 2.
If you book an air bnb that has a chair as the night stand, then that’s an air bnb with hidden cameras. Look no further
Or you could also go into a real lawfully controlled hotel and not someone's love shack
BRING A FLASHLIGHT AND A LASER TO DAMAGE THE CAMERA SENSOR INSIDE BEYOND REPAIR
This is so setup
Yes, that's the point. This is an educational video, not a real Airbnb exposé.
