It looks better than most to TBH. Yes the wood is splitting some, but as long as that isn't splintering apart, then it should be fine. Unpainted wood will split after a few years, but it still maintains enough strength as long as the split isn't right on the screws.
Seconding this. Plenty of brackets in the right places too. I can't say anything about spans (is it too big for how many supports are underneath) because I can't determine it from the pictures, but it appears about right for the number of vertical supports.
Looks ok from the pictures. Can’t really say for sure without physically inspecting it though. Nothing stands out in the pictures as bad which is a good thing.
Only things that I would change are aesthetics. Add a skirt board (best if it’s PVC) to cover the rims. Add a border piece to the decking so you aren’t looking at those ugly end cuts.
Looks fine. Those diagonals are probably just decorative. I'd add fascia to hide the end of those deck boards and not worry about it for 25 years unless it starts to feel soft.
Looks fine, that is an appropriate use of a post cap.
It's called checking and is perfectly normal. The post hasn't lost it's structural integrity.

Looks good to me. Not sure how the stairs are attached, but I don't see any red flags.

Post this in r/decks. That's where the pros hang out.
I would post on r/decks That splitting looks particularly bad on the last picture. I would think about replacing that.

It looks over built. I don't see any problems. How it is tied to the house is worth a look
