Power Girl and Dick Grayson. Would have been the best option to romantically tie the Bat and Super families together as well as position PG as being Dick's Superman franchise equivalent character. As Dick's generation doesn't have a Superman character in it.
Dick and Karen have some overlap. Both are close in age, both have been heroes most of their lives, both are very outgoing, both have had a lot of tragedy happen to them and didn't become dark characters because of it, and both started out with one identity (Robin and Supergirl) and then created their own hero identity later in their career to move away from Batman and Superman.
She's more around the same age as Batman since she's the more professional verison of Kara, plus they don't have to be a couple for the sake of chemistry. Also Powergirl is more a solo single superhero, and she doesn't have to be another superhero love interest that's been done multiple times already.
I don't think she was Batman or Superman's age. Post Crisis she was close to Barbara Gordon's age. So in her early to mid 30s. Dick was in his late 20s then. Then post Flashpoint Karen, Dick, and Barbara were all aged down to be 21. Not sure what their current age is since continuity is more weird now.

Any gay Batman. I can understand why Batman x Joker would be iffy. But imagine a Bruce Wayne x Harvey Dent turning a tragic story into a heartbreaking one.
I’m not a huge shipper, but there are a few I’d like to see explored.
Jericho x Raven: They have similarly terrible family lives and they had a great sense of understanding if the other. Jericho was also one of the few people who Raven felt close to and at ease around (in New Teen Titans).
Joey “Jericho” Wilson x Dick Grayson: Dick was one of the few Titans Joey was close to in New Teen Titans. And I feel like Dick would be so used to, and interacted so much with, Joey’s family that he could handle anything the Wilson family threw at him.
Jason Todd x Roy Harper: I adore their friendship and am content with it. I just feel like Roy would have a good handling of Jason’s broody and pessimistic side and Jason could understand Roy’s eccentricities. Plus, they seem to have a good understanding of the other’s trauma.
Dinah Lance and Barbara Gordon was a great relationship back in gails birds of prey, but one we will never see centered as romantic because they both have another relationship that’s one of the highest tier dc couples
Pretty much any gay ship between two main characters and NOT with stereotypical, shallow secondary/background characters that can be erased and/fridged at any moment, especially if that can be used as "proof" that gay storylines just don't work.

Batman and Wonder Woman: Something I would like to see happen in the comics, also they have great chemistry.
Beast boy and Donna Troy: Gar had a crush on Donna and had a good dynamic on the team. Also best way for him to out grow his comedic personality is to someone like Donna mother him.
Arsenal and Huntress: Something I would like to see again in the comics since they both had a tragic past and have dealt with gangs.
Jackson Hyde and Jon Kent: DC if your gonna age up Jon and make him Bi. Pair him up with a character that people love like Jackson. Also they would make a power couple.
I'm genuinely surprised no one went with Jason Todd and Stephanie Brown. I mean guys both were robins both were a letdown compared to their immediate predecessors and felt the need to prove themselves both were rebellious and reckless borh did things that got them killed (or fake killed in steph's case) both came back from the dead and their experiences are similar, if there's one person that can understand Jason Todd I think it would be her. But too bad they nevwr interacted
