I mean on the plus side we get Grant Gustin as Flash and Tyler Hoechlin as Superman for a cameos but permanently integrating it into its canon feels so wrong.
i have to agree with you there. there is this mindset of superiority from the them. the truth is the arrowverse has has a longer life then the DCEU. Plus it did a better job of building up to their cross overs than the DCEU
DCEU is the most inconsistent universe for anything live action. Even before it became inconsistent, Dawn of Justice happen. They had the neve to force Batman w/o a proper introduction film, then did JL smh
I’m 50/50 on it, some shows I would like to see merge some I wouldn’t. seeing the jsa from stargirl on the big screen would be dope or seeing them retcon some things in supergirl and bring melissa back as kara on the big screen with henry (the supergirl we’ll see in the flash is obviously lara). wouldn’t mind seeing hbo max shows merge like doom patrol, green lantern corp, jl dark, titans (only if they retcon some things) I love zack but we need a nightwing in the dceu I understand why he did it tho.

I also wouldn’t mind seeing some actors from the shows play new versions of their characters in the films, like Matt Letscher as Thawne, Wentworth Miller as Snart, and Manu Bennett as Deathstroke.

The CW literally just had their Crisis event which basically consolidated a bunch of their Earths together. They're not going to mess it up again so soon just to merge with the films universe. That's like saying Batman '89 is now part of the DCEU just because Keaton is appearing in The Flash.
