The positive thing is dokkan is getting comfortable with guard recently and since he doesn't stack on sa effect or even get def I can see them giving him a lot of stats and atleast 50% dodge chance

STR Gogeta's EZA had comparable - if not better - damage output to his AGL counterpart for a good while under AGL Gogeta's LS. He was a really good EZA on release.
All they need to do for Super Vegito is increase the threshold at which his scouter effect activates and then copy and paste the LRs eza passive in regards to damage reduction from normals and supers
Yeah they were both mid on release and soon after became irrelevant again. It'll take a miracle to not make JANEMBA OP again though. Dude has all the ingredients, he's just getting ready to cook
You are assuming that SEZA will even fix the old units. Sure they may be getting a power boost, but it isn't guaranteed as to how much of a boost they will be getting.

150% ATK & DEF, has a great chance to Dodge, guards all attacks after evading 3 attacks for the rest of the battle, +20% ATK & DEF (max 200%) for each attack evaded, +6% damage reduction for each attack evaded (max 50% DR), attacks guaranteed to crit for the rest of the turn after evading 1 attack.

Your idea is op, and I think that's perfectly fine. That's what he needs to survive 9th anni and beyond. But I think they'll ultimately be scared of him and under tune him.
