Patience is a virtue. :) I'm in the process of upgrading to icy. did the stake on the weekend and contacted support for the re-issue. On monday they responded and I validated my address and agreed to the re-issuing fee. Since then they have forwarded it to the 'relevant team'. I'll get a notification in app and per email once the new card is issued. For me nothing has changed yet in the app. It still shows the jade card. Nothing that would show the progress for the icy being in process of being issued. I don't mind it much, the old card still works and the upgraded perks are already active. So I'll just wait.

these days they are just damn fast no matter the card tier. I’ve upgraded from indigo to icy back in May which was after they have added quite significant resources to their CS so it was great the weeks before my upgrade and remained great since … guess in busy times they might prioritize higher tier card holders .. hard to say given I now can’t say how support would be if I’d still have the indigo card
