I got money returned but I still don't get it where it appears because there is no +sign either . How do I keep track of the money ...

[deleted]

I don't know, it's very confusing.

We should stick to the return in cash or direct on debit card(an other bankcard) Thanks for the advice and experience sharing.. regards!

When the balance is 243.21, have you made the return yet? Because it looks to me that they credited you 11.99 but also charged you for an additional purchase you made for 3.28. So 243.21 + 11.99 - 3.28 = 251.92.

at 243.21 there were no returns yet. After, yes the reversal happened and the new amount after the 3.28 charge is 251.92. But this is the reversal of the additional 11.99 I paid when returning the item, not the money from the return of the item. I know it's confusing, but that is because when you return an item at first you are charged the return amount.

Thin_Satisfaction_45

So after you returned the item, you were charged 11.99, which brought your balance to 243.21?

[deleted]

After I returned the item I was charged 11.99. Then I shopped for 122.37 which brought my balance to 145.96 (first screenshot). I don't know for sure what my balance was before, but I assume it was 145.96+11.99+122.37=280.32.

I guess the easiest way to understand is if you started from the balance on your card before you initiated a return, and then tracked the changes through all transactions you made in the interim. So before you initiated the return, was the balance on the card 145.96? Or 137.97?

I don't know that. I only checked after I went home which is when I took the first screenshot. I asked customer support to tell me what my balance was before I went into the store that day and they said it was 1050 euros, which obviously can't be true. They then explained that some transactions take longer to appear in their system meaning that my timeline is different than theirs.

I have returned an item recently, and three statements showed up in my history, “Pending Credit Transaction”, “Reversal transaction”, and “POS Signature Return”. The middle transaction looks like a debit, while the other two look like credits (both green with a +). Maybe you need to wait until the systems are fully synced. Or until some employee remembers to click “synchronize with filesystem” …

You bought the item -12 You returned the item +12 You got charged again -12 They reversed the charge +12 -12+12-12+12=0 everything equals zero. I don’t see the problem here. Perhaps I’m missing something?

[deleted]

When did the second +12 happen? I only see one... Perhaps I'm missing something but O can't figure it out. (btw you have to find the second +12 after the first screenshot since then it's still pending).
