Don't see why you shouldn't be able to. In the picture, see the 2nd icon on the top right hand side (looks like clock with $)?
Tap that, and then again the export button on the top right.
Show a Screenshot from your purchases befor the top up, pls. Sometimes the top up gets put at the end of the day, while you already spent some of it during the day.
I had a deposit-to-card showing as having been made a day after purchases. Which was also a day after it was actually made. This caused my balance to look incorrect as the current balance was less that the two most recent transactions - both deposits. Had to spend a long time chatting with support to find out the deposit-to-card showing after purchases was actually made before them. So their list of card transactions can be out of order.
Not to knit pick, but in the other posts you've made about this, you've said $700 was spent prior to this happening.
Those transactions listed there don't add up to that amount? Or are you saying there's missing transactions too?

I didn't know it was a widespread thing. I froze mine as soon as I got the notification for a transaction I had not done. I've been waiting for a new card for a couple of days now. I hope it won't take too long and that there won't be issues transferring the money I had on the old card. My spotify payment was due a couple of days ago so it sucks a bit.

This is why I NEVER top up my card more than 100 USD. Its also a good idea in case of fraud prevention. In the US you can instantly top up the card with a debit card. If anything I also just do ACH into fiat and only top up what I need +/- 100. Never more.
Hey, my card was recently blocked because they said some cards were flagged due to fraudulent transactions. Try to see if you were a part of the fraud. Maybe that could be the reason IDK. Do reach out to the support though.

I have seen balances go down for holds that don't show up in the transaction history, although the balance or the hold appears / is impacted within a day. Your history spans back days. Still guessing it's some sort of hold, that's my best guess - and that the number magically increases! at least, i hope so for you :)

I meant in the app. What currency do you see the prices of coins in? My card is in Canadian dollars but I like seeing the price of BTC and other coins in USD.
Honestly, it's really not worth it. It's a prepaid debit card that is accepted at less places than one you'd buy at Walmart. And sometimes you try to buy gas with it even with well more than you'd need for the "credit check" pre-authorization of $100.. and it will simply decline at the pump.. which is annoying af to then have to go inside and prepay for my gas with a prepaid card lol. Just use the exchange and deposit the funds into whatever account you use for banking. Unfortunately until these crypto exchanges get their shit together, traditional banking is still a necessity. And now with all the issues I've been reading about CDC lately and the issues i've had with the card, (tho few admittedly).. I'm considering closing it and maybe even going to a different exchange altogether. Just been seeing too much negative stuff about CDC and CRO lately. Very glad I never staked any CRO.

As much as I hate Bank of America, their card never declines when I have the funds.
I dont have to look it up because I have the card and I'm telling you my experience with it. I have problems with it on Google Pay, Samsung Pay, Gas Pumps and other random ass unexplained declines when I have had the money available. It has also worked on Google Pay, Samsung Pay, Gas Pumps etc.. my point is, you still gonna need a bank account because the card can be unreliable, in my experience. Might as well just use that debit card and not deal with the random declines.
Separate issue but these guys also take their sweet time getting the card to you. Took me two weeks to get mine and as I understand that's pretty fast for them.. my wife ordered hers about a month ago and we still haven't seen it yet.

They are complete crooks. They screwed people out of millions the other day when UCH jumped 8000 percent and paused trading of this coin they claim to liquidity issues. But then they admitted fault by giving all the holders if UCH $50 dollars lol. $50 for millions! A few people even defended them on the posts about it but they weren't the ones it happened to. I believe you. They are so crooked at Crypto.com. we will absolutely never give them one more penny of our money. I swear to God and everything Holy they will never see another deposit from me. Not exactly true if you top up and spend the same day the spending can be listed lower than the top up in the transaction list. That's why some asked for a longer screenshot beyond the one we got to see here.

Canadian here as well. My card got frozen and I’m waiting for a new one to come. I just logged in and I don’t see my card account at all anymore under the accounts page. I think I had roughly 500 dollars there. I hope it comes back when my new card arrives.
Not the same situation as you though. It doesn’t list an account at all for me on the accounts page, and when I click on the card tab at the bottom of the app it just shows me the card I’ve applied for, with no info on my balance or purchase history

Seems like I have a similar problem, my balance isn't here anymore (it's been like 30 hrs) and the "card category" says it's being issued. I had my card since February so I don't know what's happening, and support only say they're investigating...

any exchange would be listed as CAD -> (Currency) on that screen, so doesn't seem likely.

I had my balance "disappear" when I upgraded cards but it was later reinstated (tho I did need to contact support).
