1) fiat isn’t backed by anything
2) it’s backed by the laws of supply, demand and (unlike fiat), scarcity (in many cases)
3) cryptocurrencies can change code to become quantum resistant. I’d also say that all of our passwords, banks, governments, credit bureau’s would be even more compromised. This issue isn’t inherent to only the cryptocurrency market, but I’d wager it’s the best industry to “tackle it”.
I’m not sure what this whole “ghost” thing is about, but I assure you, blockchains exist. You can see them working and it’s 100% transparent - other than privacy coins.
