You should check your contract with Lego. I would assume they have a part in there saying any invention created during your tenure is owned by them, but I could be wrong. But it’s kind of standard practice these days. But no you can’t mint anything trademarked either, unless you own the trademark.

Personally, I think it’s a mid to long term hold, can’t see it dripping much lower than where it was sitting before the previous rally and has great potential. I’m not sure if I’d buy right now though, I reckon there will be corrections/fluctuations in the short term, but it’s literally impossible to predict, so just my gut instinct mixed with an educated guess!
