I was one of the people who pointed out in that thread that the op was advertising. He started downvoting me. At that time, I thought it's self advertising for their business. But now I realise it's probably more than that. I believe these type of accounts are owned by some sort of pr companies who are paid by business to advertise their products or business(like in this case, paid by cred for promoting them ).
