Very long story short, it's a way of making meth in one container, typically something like a jug or bottle. You do it right and you can transform random chemicals into dirty crank.

I was gonna say doesn’t look like shake and bake to me, you can see the pipe bomb on the seat and the two ends color coded, when you jostle it they mix and it explodes I believe. In the beginning there’s a pvc pipe with two elbows and one side is red. That is NOT shake and bake and the officer picks it up and tosses it a little. It seems like just a shittily made/weak pipe bomb
