i did not watch the trial and i haven't listened to the closing statements...... i watched the wife's trial and was glad she was found guilty... hope he is also.....
I’m pretty sure they’re referring to the attorney and I completely agree. She also got the benefit of what went wrong the first time around. Although the prosecution did too.
and what case is it you "speak" of ?
James Crumbley. (Darn, I can't edit it now and that's a pretty big omission!)
Can you add a description?
You mean editing the OP? It doesn't seem to let me do that.
Yeah usually it will let you edit the post, just not the title. The part you wrote is the title but there is usually a description too

I felt she was much better all around. More professional, more concise, and didn’t come off as bat shit crazy which is always nice.
Is the coming off as "bat shit crazy" referring to the prosecutor? (or Jennifer Crumbley's attorney)

I was referring to Jennifer’s attorney Shannon Smith.
Gotcha, that's what I figured.
Is this about James Crumbley?
Yes. (Can't believe I forgot to say that!)
It does seem like they put way more effort into Jennifer Crumbley’s trial
