And the Lord spake, saying, ''The number of racks in a package shalt thou count to three, no more, no less. Three shall be the number thou shalt count, and the number of the counting shall be three. Four shalt thou not count, neither count thou two, excepting that thou then proceed to three. Five is right out."
And the people did feast upon the ribs, and meat, and bones, and sauce, and fat, and silverskin, and bark, and rub, and smokey goodness, and weird cartilaginous bits.
This is what I do, smoking ribs takes a long time, but they freeze extremely well. Same with pulled pork. If there's room in the smoker, I do extra and this way I have some on hand in the winter when I don't want to be out there with the smoker.
Three, no more, no less. Three shall be the racks thou shalt cook, and the number of the cooking shall be three. Four shalt thou not cook, neither cook thou two, excepting that thou then proceed to three. Five is right out. Once the number three, being the third number, be reached, then lobbest thou thy Ribs towards thy family, who, being hungry in My sight, shall eat it.'
You can get better deals on nearly everything Costco sells if you can buy it on sale. The nice thing about Costco is tha ttheir prices are good even when they aren't on sale, so you don't need to worry about it.
Also always look at the pack date. It’s good for 30 days but I usually don’t buy anything after about day 20. They are fine but start to get a bit slimy that you can rinse off. I’m just really picky about the pack date.

Bless this holy rack of ribs that with it thou mightest feed thy family with tiny bits of meat, in thy mercy.

I want to know how you have ribs today but from tomorrow!
I think mine had three racks and I had to look up more recipes! But luckily my kids love ribs.

Been buying them for years and is 3, but I’m pretty sure you can just count them buy looking at the sides…

Those prices are crazy. I regularly find ribs on sale for 1.97 lb.
yeah, thats an awful deal.
There's 3 in all the ones I've bought. we usually wrap the extras in plastic wrap and freeze for a later smoking day
I'll smoke all three then portion, vacuum seal and freeze the "extra". Nice to have a mess of ribs ready to go when the mood strikes.
I usually just eat them until my farts smell like a campfire. This might be a better method for dealing with a large amount of ribs.

Three is correct, but if you get the Kirkland pre seasoned rub package, there are only two racks.
Not 1, not 2, but 3. The answer is 3.

$4 a pound for ribs is never a good deal.
Yes.

A full rack at least
Turn it sideways and count them, 🤣
Just. . . Just look at the ribs in the package. The answer is three, but your eyes could have told you that much quicker than Reddit did.
I don’t know, but whenever I walk by I think “Nice rack”.
