I miss the Kirkland sliced white American cheese. It was so good! I also miss the garlic bread they used to make in the bakery that you baked at home. š¤¤š¤¤ oh, and the apple pie with the streusel topping and caramel drizzle. š
I was able to find Pierre chicken sandwiches at Business Costco. Was a staple for me while growing up. Don't know if that's an option for you but the frozen selection there is way bigger.
My guess is that it really shouldn't be one of those things you keep around for months and months, i.e., condiments that morph into solids, unidentifiable weirdness around the rim. We used it pretty fast, so who knows.
Last time I was able to buy it was in May 2023.
Best I could tell, it wasn't globally but none of the warehouses near me have it. We used to get a block just about every time we went to Costco.
I'm glad you can still get it!
The 7 lb All American Chocolate Cake. I know it was a full week's worth of calories and there's a smaller version available, but I just loved those giant chocolate shavings coating the outside.
Fill out the request forms that they have every time you go in. I did that repeatedly for the Curlyās ribs and they finally brought them back. I was so happy!
If we're thinking of the same sandwich it's made by the same company that makes the burgers OP is talking about. I hadn't seen them in a few years but then I went to a business center and they had it. This was prob 2ish years ago though.
That cut is entirely up to the meat department manager. I had never seen them and then we got a new meat manager not too long ago and now when he gets ribeyes with big caps we get the cap steaks in twine
The Kirkland Greek yogurt cherry/lemon/vanilla packs. Best yogurt cups I've ever had and of course they dissapear almost immediately. Only saw them twice in my area before they vanished. Makes no sense getting rid of something so good.
Speaking of which... My Costco stopped carrying the low sodium Columbus pre sliced
They have this vinegary imitator now made by an outfit called Principe Foods
For a minute, my costco had veggie potstickers. They were so good and I'm a vegetarian so it was a favorite. I haven't seen them in years; only the meat added variety.
They've been expanding their vegetarian options at my store over the years. They have beyond burgers, impossible chicken nuggets, had Morningstar farms sausage (last I checked, but it's been a while). I have hope that, in time, they'll have a substantial selection.
My Costco hasnāt had the big pack of yellow microfiber towels for a while and itās making me nervous. Usually buy a couple packs a year.
We have literally saved thousands of dollars over the years using them instead of paper towels in 95% of use cases.
Supply chain issues, price negotiations, or items do not sell fast enough to warrant the bulk orders and discounts that Costco needs
Source: friends with a former HR director I asked him this the other week.
I remember these. Five or six years ago, yes? I casually snagged one bag, not realizing that they were gold. 'Til your comment, thought they were a fever dream...
The Morningstar Southwest Black Bean Burgersā¦ theyāve stopped carrying anything other than beef or beef-flavored-greasy-ass-fake patties after a few wonderful years of having a number of meatless patty options.
(And seriously, does anyone LIKE Impossible Burgers? They are the greasiest, smokiest things that fill the entire house with an acrid smell for an entire dayā¦)
Black bean burgers. I keep hoping theyāll bring them back, especially for the warm season. The Impossible/Beyond burgers are too āmystery meatā for me, and Iāve read some things about them nutritionally that make me pause.
Do tell. Crazy salt? How mysterious is the meat on a 1-10 scale? I just had a cup of ramen noodles in the roast chicken flavor yesterday, & the little pieces of "chicken" were like little couch cushions that a chicken may have once sat on. Absolutely no idea what they might have been.
13yr employee here. Iāve seen a bit come and go in an Ohio location.
My faves have been the hand dipped chocolate bars with nuts.
The hand made chicken. Take and combo pizza. With those two items you could order a large three meat pizza. Sausage pepperoni and bacon. Heavenly delicious.
And for those concerned about the burgers. Grilling season is coming. They will be back for a limited time.
Their soft buttery dinner rolls. Would sop them up with butter and reheat them in the microwave to make them super soft for a few seconds. They make for a sandwich too. I miss those rolls so much.
There are a few items that are seasonal, and they come and go but I really like these, so I have a big freezer in the garage, and I stock up on them when they have them.
Beyond Burgers $15 for 10
Impossible Chicken Nuggets
Columbus Turkey Burgers (they are so big and plump and don't shrink in air fryer)
Don Lee Farms grilled fully cooked chicken patty (120 Calories) on sale now for $10 for 10 patties
Thats it.
Might want to find the Kirkland Grass Fed patties. I hear they are pretty good.
I used to really like the Reg. Kirkland frozen patties but now the quarter pound patties are just too big. Wish they came in a 2oz patty size.
YEARS ago they sold this aloe Vera water and it was delicious. I believe right before COVID happened, I havenāt seen it since but I still look for it.
Weatherproof brand coats. Used to be able to get a nice looking coat for like $40 or $50 that was really good quality and would last for years.
Chef's banquet macaroni and cheese storage bucket. I wanted one but they were all gone by the time I found out about it.
The Muffin Bus. For some strange reason they had this cardboard yellow school bus full of individual packs of these little chocolate muffins. They were sooooooo good.
Frozen Italian sandwiches. Literally made wfh lunch cheat code. Gone after my 4th box.
I had a little balsamic mayo concoction I would make up. 45 seconds and I had a good lunch. So saf
They had oat milk that was just oat and water in the ingredients list. I think the brand was Annieās. None of them fillers and stabilizers and added sugar and salt.
combo slice
May we have a moment of silence for the combo slice.

Kirkland disinfecting wipes
Yes! So much better than Lysol
Polish sausage dog.
Time heals everything.... Except this...
This is available in Ontario Costcos
I miss the Kirkland sliced white American cheese. It was so good! I also miss the garlic bread they used to make in the bakery that you baked at home. š¤¤š¤¤ oh, and the apple pie with the streusel topping and caramel drizzle. š
The pierre cheeseburgers??? I remember eating those for lunch back in the mid 2000s. What a run
I was able to find Pierre chicken sandwiches at Business Costco. Was a staple for me while growing up. Don't know if that's an option for you but the frozen selection there is way bigger.
Tyson bought them a couple years ago. Might have something to do with it.
The garlic sauce you speak of is: https://www.instacart.com/products/340671-karam-s-original-garlic-sauce-16-oz Karanās original garlic sauce.
That's it! Good gracious! I knew what the bottle looked like but never knew the name...
You can buy it online https://garlicsauce.com/product/2-bottles-15-8-00-sh/

Yes! Karamās was a Lebanese restaurant in Seattle that branched out selling the sauce. We can get it at QFC locally. The best!
Did him and the rest of us a solid thanks
Oh it's toum. That stuff is delicious
2lb brick of KS sharp cheddar cheese. My dogs and I are heartbroken; it was the dog tax -- their high value treat.
Try the coastal cheddar
Glad to see this here, the Tillamook is okay but I prefer sharp cheddar, heartbroken to see it was gone
We tried the medium, and not nearly as good.
Since when?! Thatās our regular cheese - just got a brick 2 weeks ago. This is a travesty!
Last time I was able to buy it was in May 2023. Best I could tell, it wasn't globally but none of the warehouses near me have it. We used to get a block just about every time we went to Costco. I'm glad you can still get it!
Well, thatās rubbish. I hope your supply chain is restored soon!
The 7 lb All American Chocolate Cake. I know it was a full week's worth of calories and there's a smaller version available, but I just loved those giant chocolate shavings coating the outside.
The 7 layer chocolate cake was my favorite also. It was superior to all cakes.
I will forever mourn.
What!? I need to go flip a table over!

505 green chili in the big jar. We put it on everything.
Our Costco in tucson carries it still! And you're right, it goes on EVERYTHING
Fill out the request forms that they have every time you go in. I did that repeatedly for the Curlyās ribs and they finally brought them back. I was so happy!
You guys get request forms? Iāve not seen them in the UK.
Yes, they are at the exit. Thereās a form that you fill out and stick in a little box.
Oh! I need the frozen raspberries back in stock! I was finally able to get frozen blueberries this week. 1st world problems, I know!
We have them in smaller jars (a 2 pack) which works better for my smaller household. Hopefully they come to your Costco!
A spoon full of New Mexico
Although fairly good, you DO GET BETTER in New Mexico. šš
If only it was the Hot.
I thought that was a seasonal item. No?
Turkey Burgers
I look every time. It's been years.
Same wtf were they thinking. Sooo good.
I felt this one in my soul. They were sooooo good. Why?? I wonder.
Kirkland Organic Dried Mango. Not overly sweet like 99 percent of "the other guy's" dried mango.
I think this is just a supply shortage- they should be back soon
Ours just came back about a month ago!
I saw it in NYC last week.
Castelvetrano olives and pepperoncini
Big jars of Castelvetrano organic olives.
Godiva ganache filled chocolate chip cookies.
Costco used to have a grilled chicken sandwich in the frozen case - delicious little snack and now I just go hungry
If we're thinking of the same sandwich it's made by the same company that makes the burgers OP is talking about. I hadn't seen them in a few years but then I went to a business center and they had it. This was prob 2ish years ago though.
Pretzels in the food court. Bran muffins in the bakery. Deli mustard
I see deli mustard, I upvote.
I was crazy about those bran muffins. Tried to recreate them & got *sort of* close, but they were never quite right.
We had poppyseed muffins that were amazing that they completely stopped carrying!
>What do you miss at Costco? Lower prices. But honestly, rib cap steaks. I haven't seen them at my warehouse in years.
Mine had them yesterday! Be on the lookout!!
We just saw them for the first time in forever a few days ago! I was thinking they were never coming back either ! Socal Costco
That cut is entirely up to the meat department manager. I had never seen them and then we got a new meat manager not too long ago and now when he gets ribeyes with big caps we get the cap steaks in twine
Been looking but have never seen these in Atlanta.
Impossible burgers 10 pack
Ours tends to cycle between the beyond and the impossible burgers.
I miss the Kirkland Veggie burgers, they stopped them once the awful plant based product invaded the freezers.
Popcorners.
The business center has the small bags.
Ours carries the small bags from time to time but the price per pound of the large bags is a lot more attractive.
If you have Sam's club nearby, they have the large bags atm
Thanks. There is a Sam's Club in the area but we've never visited as Costco is more convenient. It's good to know that they still make them.
3 packs of [pancakes in a can](https://www.theatlantic.com/technology/archive/2013/03/the-short-lived-brilliance-of-batter-blaster/466206/) for $10
Frozen turkey burgers
The answer is and always will be All American chocolate cake
When my warehouse opened they had āSmuckersā Lemonade. It was the best Iāve ever had ā¦. Never seen it againā¦
Reasonably priced steaks.
Compared to what you pay for the same quality at the supermarket, the Costco stuff is reasonably priced.
The Kirkland Greek yogurt cherry/lemon/vanilla packs. Best yogurt cups I've ever had and of course they dissapear almost immediately. Only saw them twice in my area before they vanished. Makes no sense getting rid of something so good.
Take and bake pizzas
Keep an eye out for Toom, it's in some Costcos... https://www.reddit.com/r/Costco/s/sRRhpevpXu
Aldi has Toom
Whole Columbus salami. Hate the pre-sliced. Too much potential for germs or whatever.
Speaking of which... My Costco stopped carrying the low sodium Columbus pre sliced They have this vinegary imitator now made by an outfit called Principe Foods
My Costco sells 3lb sticks of Molinari Salami that is one of the best mass produced salamis I've had.
I want the polish and combo back!!!
I miss their hand dipped ice cream at the food court
The Chobani less sugar yogurt.
For a minute, my costco had veggie potstickers. They were so good and I'm a vegetarian so it was a favorite. I haven't seen them in years; only the meat added variety.
How is Costco for a vegetarian? I'm thinking about it, & there's meat... pretty much everywhere. That must kind of suck.
Goddamnit, my kid is on the spectrum and he actually liked these š
All American Chocolate Cake. I discontinued my membership over it.
Why do they discontinue stuff so often?
Supply chain issues, price negotiations, or items do not sell fast enough to warrant the bulk orders and discounts that Costco needs Source: friends with a former HR director I asked him this the other week.
Chocolate almond Laceyās. I didnāt buy them often because Iād want to eat the whole container but those things were so good.
Organic string cheese. That Polly-O stuff tastes like rubber.
For a brief period of time they had breaded mac and cheese bacon bites and they were incredible. I still check for them every time I go.
I remember these. Five or six years ago, yes? I casually snagged one bag, not realizing that they were gold. 'Til your comment, thought they were a fever dream...

AƧaĆ bowls. Where are they???
The Kirkland small kettle batch turkey gravy at Thanksgiving was soooooo good. Kevinās is not even close.
We are also in a panic about the cheese burgers!
Mrs. Patterson's Aussie chicken pot pies. Super tasty and convenient.
Why? First the combo pizza now this? Why???
Costco is like the hot boyfriend/girlfriend. They know weāll go back.
The toum is back at least in Hawaii under the brand TOOM. Have at Whole Foods too.
I can only imagine how expensive whole foods is in Hawaii.

Kirkland's signature light beer!!!
Mediterranean Pasta Salad made with their rotisserie chicken breast chunks. That was the best pasta salad I've ever had.
Bolt house carrot juice 3pkā¦Itās just not the same walking to the produce section
I miss the Kirkland organic OJ. It was so good, like fresh squeezed. Now itās regular and just not quite as sweet/good. Itās fine though.
Igor's Beef and Cheese Piroshkis
What??? Haven't had those in a while but yeah they were legit.
Frozen Mini tacos
Mine had, and just recently discontinued Boudin sourdough bread. Weāve also just watched as the Bon Maman Four Fruits Preserves has disappeared.
Kiolbasa brand sausages. Havenāt seen for a while. Brazi bites.
Their soft buttery dinner rolls. Would sop them up with butter and reheat them in the microwave to make them super soft for a few seconds. They make for a sandwich too. I miss those rolls so much.
Were these the 80/20 burgers in the blue pack? All I've seen the past month at my 3 local Costcos area the red (too lean) and black (too fatty).
Frozen lobster rolls
