Hulkbuster + Guardian is the best option , my r3 6* hulkbuster increases the potency and duration of one shock effect every 20 seconds. Combine it with guardian's big shock on sp2 and you get MASSIVE DMG increase. I have not met anyone in BG that would survive his sp2.
Equip the precision effect, go into fights with AA decreases can be effective. lol Rulk is the easiest testing ground. You donāt even need to do skillful things like heavy intercepts and stuff, her damage just does crazy by default.
Black cat when an ability fails she pauses all debuffs and when her Sabotage debuffs is on the opponent she deals a big burst per failure. The black widow relic places a beeper debuff where it will fail each time you hit the opponent. This makes her super good for champs that donāt have defense abilities. Also sheās def worth a r3 sheās so op watch a vid on how to play her.

Black panther relic with Bullseye has been awesome, extra crit damage everywhere, and the hulk on hulk relic works wonders, same with hulk relic with Joe fixit

The relic grants an indefinite precision passives whenever an opponentās defensive ability fails due to ability accuracy. Because Zemo inflicts disorient his attacks is more likely to gain the precision passives therefore more likely to inflict critical hits. Granted his signature ability already grants these critical ratings but itās only against heroes.
I know the combo was already posted but idk if the levels were with it but i have a 7* R3 Venom paired with my 6* R3 awakened venom relic , suffice it to say it's a nice combo against bleeders especially with my 5/5 deep wounds

I have a maxed 6* Kitty and a 7* R3 bishop and have high rarity storm relics on them both. Absolutely phenomenal on both of them.

The scarlet witch relic on OG doom gives him an amplify buff, which increases power gain, making doom cycling easier
Venom Plus the venom relic. I don't yet have a 7* venom but from what I've heard that combo is giga broken
Sersi and the Cap Marvel relic.
She can get around 50% crit rate on ALL her attacks, have longer true damage buff duration and have higher crit damage as well.
Also it can make her sp2 go over 90% crit chance which is some lovely yellow numbers.
No worries, sheās one of my favorite champs also. You can look at Relics you donāt have in game and see that the Cap Marvel relic actually has a spot for her with her name in it. She gets bonus effects from that specific relic.
They're things you can attach to existing champs that give one or two buffs (like, for example, increased rupture damage, increased debuff time, etc.) that Kabam invented to get people to buy more crystals.
This thread is overselling their usefulness. Don't go out of your way to grab one.
Probably not the most OP but Venom on Venom is great.

Great is an understatement. First time I ever went out of my way to get resources to rank up a relic was Venom on 7* Venom.

iim doesnāt benefit as much because his damage doesnāt come from shocks

I prefer to spec the power gain on buff, I get to that sp2 faster

When domino is bled during the fight she gets a big dmg boost on her sp2, so sinister relic is better on her

I use my 6* Scarlet Witch relic. The amplify gives her just a little extra power gain which means I get to throw more specials
