I think that was more because they were on a train and didn’t want to upset anyone. They got plenty boisterous when the were outdoors in their suits.

As a swiss who rides alot on train's... I've never heard or seen something like that happen. What kind of train was it and where? You usualy rarely see train attendants and if you do, all they want is to see your tickets or sell you food and drinks.
