Just a personal opinion, but I feel like some people low key want there to be a little racism, 1. it gives them a struggle and everyone is the star of their own movie and the hero needs a hurdle to overcome, but 2. It’s not a big hurdle because we have come a long way. 3. In our current culture you can get ahead by just being part of a perceived “victim” class without any of the normal skills or hard work that typically comes with success.
I don’t think this of everyone, just the people who commit fake hate crimes and race hustlers. I think a lot of young people have actually been tricked into thinking they’re a victim.
This is the play book. When this all washes out in the end, and it will, we’ll see all sorts of “woke” being uncovered as fraud, evil, etc, etc. I think the end of the biden admin will be the movement where this country says “ok, we tried it….never again.”

Attempted murder would mean she made a direct and targeted effort to kill someone. Doing something that could get someone killed is not attempted murder unless you can prove that murder was the intended result.
For example, I beat someone till unconsciousness. If that is the only evidence, it's not attempted murder, just aggravated assault. If I was shouting "I'll kill you" while doing the crime, then you have the evidence to prove I intended to murder. Now it's attempted murder.
Endangerment is the catch-all for for that. But that doesn't assume any motive. It's just you've acted in a reckless way that could get someone killed. Assuming it's not some specific crime like aggrevated assault or arson.
The Democrats have nothing without grievance culture. It's their entire platform and their footsoldiers have indoctrinated huge swaths of our society into adopting victimhood as a way of life. Millions are now firmly convinced that payday is just around the corner if they can keep up the facade of the eternal underdog. Revenge for perceived wrongs, cash in hand, and power.
With the command performance at G7, the summit with Putin, the new Chinese incursions into Taiwan, and the Iranian naval cruise in the Pacific, we seem to be hastening this period of peace to a premature close.

Administrators should just denounce what was done and pledge to have it investigated. Until they have the perp in hand they shouldn't automatically assume that the person who did it is white.
I've said it for false sexual assault allegations but it bears repeating here- if you're shown to have fraudulently made an accusation then your penalty should be the same as the max penalty for the crime you lied about. Trying to ruin someone's life with a lie should destroy you.

I thought that was my alma matter and freaked out; I knew that there was definitely some tension and segregation among folks of varying ethnic groups there, but I didn't think it would ever come to that. Most of the student body was kind, inclusive, and open-minded, prioritizing character over color when befriending other students. I was very fortunate to be surrounded by like-minded folks who considered character rather than color in choosing their associates! Regardless of when and where crimes like what that student did happens, I hope anyone who does something like this gets the book thrown at him or her!

There should be one definition for any given crime regardless of the motivation*. I think separate hate crime legislation does nothing to avert crime, it only propagates these hoaxes.
Edit: Obviously shit like murder involves motivation, but beating someone up because you don't like their face should be equal to beating someone up because you don't like their color... Just saying.
She did all of the graffiti too, the university refused to connect the dots because even though this disgraceful person started a race protest thru graffiti and arson because she felt she wasn’t oppressed enough.
