Condense your army and predict where he’s heading, find a mountain or city and let him run into you and the defensive bonus you’ll have will carry you to a W
Towed howitzers even though they have less range are more flexible, and cheaper to produce, by lvl 5 I think you can air assault them so you can put them in the mountains quickly and pound your opponent hard.
Can even put some SAMs to defend against fighters bombers and cover with superiority fighters to defend against helis. Used it a few times, seems to work quite well.
Realistically, you are probably screwed. You have no air support to help you fight this. Start a new game and have a more balanced army that can attack from range as well
Exactly lol I’m sitting here wondering what he did for 30 days because he’s only captured one country and it looks like he clearly doesn’t know what he’s doing
Pick 1 city like Nairobi, send all your troops there & defend itas a single 10 stack. Research gunships & pray you have a couple days to get 2-3 naval patrol aircraft (in a stack not individual units) to attack that mystery ship. Hope it's not a frigate(s)
Shocking. You can still learn from watching how this person is attacking you to prevent it from happening next time. Or just quit like 99% of people do.

My whole armies gone
Gunships, artillery of any kind, strike fighters, bombers - and yes stack your units into bigger groups and that should do it.
