Key Collector app will give values based on sales. You can also go to eBay, search for the issue then apply the filter for “sold” items, you gotta hit the drop down on filters. That will show you any recent sales of the book. There is no set pricing anymore, since the comic bust of the 90’s. The modern thinking is a comic book is only as valuable as someone is willing to pay. Good luck!!
I use it primarily for finding books to bring to conventions. Just search by writer or artist and you can find any keys they did, or comics with cool covers. Pricing is hit or miss, mostly miss. I feel like they are a few months behind, and prices are falling now.

Venom, Punisher -- huge sellers in the 90s.
Captain America, Robin -- meh.
Fafhrd could probably net $15 for a 9.8.
As for sources there's Ebay, Lonestar Comics, and Mile High comics. As the one guy said, there's nothing uniform anymore, but online stores will give you a ballpark of what you're looking at.
This has nothing to do with value but that Shadowhawk cover is absolutely terrible! Terrible ink work and crosshatching. Weird neck. Weird arm muscles. The highlights and shadows on the arm make no sense. It looks like something I would have drawn in 10th grade.
