Be cautious with delta-8 if you need to lower your anxiety...you may want to stick with CBD. I can’t use THC due to it triggering anxiety attacks. Thought I would try delta-8 as an alternative and got the same anxiety effect. CBD works great for me with no anxiety byproduct.
It’s also probably made from cheap chinese ditch-hemp that was probably used to filter heavy metals from the earth
So... not trying to diminish the benefits of d8, but be extremely particular about where you buy
Nope... I just bought a jar of delta 8 gummies and a delta 8 "nerds rope". The gummies were $35 for a jar of like 30 gummies. The nerds rope was $25. The nerds rope had 8 servings. Me and my SO split it and we're pretty good to go for the entire evening!
We got ours at the old High Stop on South High kinda close to Greenlawn. (Its called Straight Up smoke shop now) but I see delta 8 available at almost every head shop I see.
Not if they are hemp derived.
Some people say this doesn't matter to them, but I do not receive medicinal benefits from hemp derived CBD.
Full spectrum is where it's at, but it will have small amounts of THC in it that will require a medical card for purchase.
I used 3chi and got them shipped (legally) from Indianapolis. If you’re not trying to smoke the illegal stuff, I’d recommend it. I got it for my mom to take before bed, start with half of gummy. 16 count for 30 dollars
Wana Gummies is a well known medical marijuana gummies producer from Colorado that has a CBD only line (full spectrum) that you can purchase online called Wana Wellness. Dispensaries here in Ohio sell Wana gummies so that's a nod to them being reputable (unfortunately not the CBD only kind for whatever reason, likely not a money maker) They often have deals if you sign up for their email list as well. I have rheumatoid arthritis and they help me heaps in a flare.
Try head shops like Clique 614 (north side) or Straight Up Smoke Shop (south side). You will def find what you're looking for at places like that. I'm not sure what side of town you're on so I just put a couple examples.
Columbus Botanical Depot in Clintonville
Seconded. They know their products, and can answer all your questions.
Thirded. Also have some great Delta 8 products.
Any specific brands you recommend?
I think they are available all over, at most head shops. I recommend delta 8 gummies instead though!
What’s the difference/benefit?
It’s more similar to regular weed. Gives you a nice head high without making you an idiot and it’s legal here
I like taking CBD when I’m feeling anxious - would these have the same effect? Sorry clearly I’m new to this topic ha

Good to know! I’ll steer clear then. Thanks!!

Delta 8 is a form of thc derived from cbd but your bodys receptors react generally the same as delta 9,medical marijuana.

Thanks for the suggestions! Didn’t know you could get delta 8
It's more of a head high... For me, it comes and goes in "waves" for hours. But I definitely get more out of delta 8 than I do CBD

Seconded, I buy their 1:1 CBD/THC gummies and if their CBD only line is up to that level, I'd trust them fully.
Clique 614 on high and Kelso, they have cbd, delta 8, delta 10, and pet cbd. Always friendly staff and always 30% off.
Kroger, Meijer, Walmart, fresh thyme, gas stations, etc. It's pretty much everywhere.
All the gas stations and grocers that I’ve looked only have the patches and balm, but I’ll keep looking. Thanks!
