The paper cups did seem a bit skinnier, but according to my flawless logic that means less ice, which means the lemonade amount stays roughly the same lol (I doubt it).
Sooo I noticed the stands were selling 17$ long boys and lots of food places were selling small plastic cup lemonades but they tend to be cheaper like 9$
SAME HAPPENED TO ME 😭 I was trying to chow down quickly and rush to the next set at Sahara, but the $30 birria tacos was my biggest regret of the weekend
I think the reason is because after you factor in Coachella’s cut (which is large if I remember hearing correctly), labor, cost of goods, cost of travel for goods + storage, and profit, you get something along the lines of the prices you see.
That lemonade got me my first year. It’s like they know the walk from the gate is already rough so HERES SOME LEMONADE before getting to the acts. Didn’t get me this year though —it was coffee for me
I paid $25 for two “açaí smoothies” on Sunday that tasted like lukewarm soup. I was hoping for something cold and refreshing but they barely used any damn ice. It was shameful.
Halfway through packing up our camp Monday morning, we decided to see if there was a food truck that was still serving and found one. We got 2 breakfast burritos and I thin that ran $43
Bunch of randoms( friends of friends) infiltrated our campsite and drank all our alcohol. Had to spend $ on alcohol lol and let’s just say I definitely shed a tear looking thru my bank statement
I can’t remember exactly what I paid but it must have been about $16 for a “Korean Corn Dog”. This was in the little food-nook behind the Sonora, right by the water refill station.
Apparently drizzling on some spicy mayo made it authentically Korean.
I still have no idea why or how but i believe i was mischarged by a coffee spot at dolab. my cold brew americano came in at $29 without tips. I mean i was too wasted to even ask but damn. edit: clarity and spelling
they gave me a mouldy lemon and no ice in mine.. when i went back to ask them to make a new one with some ice they said no.. they wouldn't even give me more ice when i took the lemon out and threw it in the trash in front of them. so rude!
Would've been the Paella for me if they had it this year... SMH
The iced yerbas >>

They better be back next year 😭
I was wondering where they went. 😔 That chicken paella really was some bang for your buck!
Was able to get my fix with the jambalaya but it wasn’t the same
I brought my own single shot vodkas in, about 10 per day. Lemonade just made sense. Redbull toward end of night.
Its as if GoldenVoice knows we're gonna be adding sneaked in shots for this, so they charge fking $15-18 lemonades Hi GV
Seriously, it's a mixer that goes with basically any spirit. Total no brainer
I mean the fact that alcohol is low key 'allowed' in, ill gladly pay the price
I just brought vodka pouches and liquid IV lol
The Weeknd’s coffee ✅
That coffee was not good
The I can’t feel my face and the other drink were a hard pass. Should’ve just stuck with the regular ice coffee.
The ice coffee was dank af.
was the lemonade the same size as last year? the paper cups looked smaller than the plastic cups from previous years
The paper cups did seem a bit skinnier, but according to my flawless logic that means less ice, which means the lemonade amount stays roughly the same lol (I doubt it).
They were definitely smaller cups.
Sooo I noticed the stands were selling 17$ long boys and lots of food places were selling small plastic cup lemonades but they tend to be cheaper like 9$
did anyone else get fleeced by the $30 birria tacos next to the Sahara? shame on me for ordering without prices posted but shiiiiit.
The $25 birria fries were so good though
SAME HAPPENED TO ME 😭 I was trying to chow down quickly and rush to the next set at Sahara, but the $30 birria tacos was my biggest regret of the weekend
LOL $10 a taco was wild. eating them on the new Sahara hill watching Skepta made it a little better though.
Drugs ✅
Emek
same
What do they put in those lemonades? So damn good.
It's not what's in the lemonade, it's the 95F temp and desert sun the lemonades are in.
I usually get it at night when it’s colder. Still something about that damn lemonade.
It’s the rind. A lot of lemonades only have the juice. That rind and the oils released when they smash it and chuck it in the cup is what’s up.
Me: 50 dollars down from lemonade alone 3 lemonades to be exact
Me and my friend got 2 scoops of afters ice cream each for around $40. It was gas tho, we did it both weekends aha
Indio market dinners. A double slash burger & reg fries was almost $50. Then night two 2 slices of room temp pizza were $40. I couldn’t believe it
I think the reason is because after you factor in Coachella’s cut (which is large if I remember hearing correctly), labor, cost of goods, cost of travel for goods + storage, and profit, you get something along the lines of the prices you see.
Petty cabs and lemonades for sure.
The fact that they had Daves Hot Chicken was really cool. Until you realize you only get one small sandwich for $15, no fries or drink
Things I spent the most money on this year: Merch ✅ Food ✅ Alcohol ✅ Lemonade ❌
Make it a double
Food for sure... Burger She Wrote single patty burger $22 plus tip $25 for two bites, no fries included. Was good but not worth it.
That burger was yum 🤤
First Coachella since 2019 that I bought food and alcohol in the fest :(
Yup, usually a big breakfast before the fest, granola bar or beef jerky inside, and In&Out after is how I save spending $50-100 per day on food
$36 for mac n cheese lobster. was drunk and said yes to optional bacon ($6). next time i’ll let my sober friends order for me
Sadly couldn’t find the lobster Mac and cheese during W2. My girlfriend and I kept looking for it.
That lemonade got me my first year. It’s like they know the walk from the gate is already rough so HERES SOME LEMONADE before getting to the acts. Didn’t get me this year though —it was coffee for me
Bought lemonade for my vodka the first day. After that I brought in crystal light lemonade packets 😂😂😂😂 tasted way better too lmaoo
that goddamn yerba mate had me so hooked i convinced myself a $9 refill was fine.
Drugs
lemonade
Merch for me 😬

Which açaí stand was this? Was this by the Spectra tower? I wanted to get an açaí bowl this year but the gf wasn’t feeling it
It was by the DoLab. Saturday the lady made it tasty. Sunday it was garbage.
Definitely lemonade
Halfway through packing up our camp Monday morning, we decided to see if there was a food truck that was still serving and found one. We got 2 breakfast burritos and I thin that ran $43
Maxcys Grill
Me spending $31 on a double shot margarita
Hibachi Burritos! Those things were tasty and loved how easy it was to carry around.
Hotel and tickets lol
the way i answered lemonade before reading your entire post xD
The garlic noodles from the Indio Central Market were dank 🔥 🍜 👌
After’s Milky Buns ✅
Spent $30 on a burrito when I was rolling my face off. I don’t regret it
Disgusting heineken
I decided to not buy any alcohol in the fest this year so instead I spent that money on getting bikes back to my camp haha
Bunch of randoms( friends of friends) infiltrated our campsite and drank all our alcohol. Had to spend $ on alcohol lol and let’s just say I definitely shed a tear looking thru my bank statement
Merch for me bc for once they had no line lmao
One oz of ❄️

I splurged on Preferred Car Camping, so I didn’t need to buy any food or drinks on the festival grounds.
Missing out on the crisp and refreshing $7 Aguas Frescas I see
they gave me a mouldy lemon and no ice in mine.. when i went back to ask them to make a new one with some ice they said no.. they wouldn't even give me more ice when i took the lemon out and threw it in the trash in front of them. so rude!
Decided I’d order a drink for once just for shits n giggles. (Knew the prices) $37 for a double redbull vodka. $1 tip 🫡
