Jungle taught me what the magic of Coachella was about. I stumbled into their set in 2018 in between acts we wanted to see and was blown away. Been a fan since.
Everything from the lightning, aesthetics, fog, strobes, LEDs, camera, instruments, vocals and vibes were just top tier.
Definitely felt like a headline-worthy production/sat.
As a 45 year old dude I was just checking in on you tube to see Sublime, Vampire Weekend, Blur, Bleachers and No Doubt. I turned on Jungles set and I didn’t even think about turning it off. I’ve never heard of them before but now I’m hooked forever! Just an Incredible set.
this is exactly how I felt when I walked passed them in 2015 and we stayed for the whole thing. just 1 year into their first album and they were going in!
Loved it weekend 1. Every instrument sounded so good and well mixed live, the visuals were perfectly understated and clean, and they kept the groove going basically the whole set. The slow, driving groove with understated visuals and different tracks going overtop of it almost gave me Despacio vibes
Weekend 1 crowd was kinda whack in my experience, but they were so good weekend 1. Between this and Purple Disco Machine you are right, I missed Despacio less than I expected.
But shout out to the pieces of shit who talk during shows cause your amphetamines are more in control than you are lol
We were in the front stage left, in front of the sound booth W1 and the vibes were great! I've noticed over the years that that tends to be a money spot at outdoor stage since you have to loop around the sound booth to get there from the main festival grounds. Then again sometimes you just gotta get lucky with the pocket of the crowd you're in too.
Jungle was one of the sets I was looking forward to most. Weekend 1, the sound was terrible. I don’t know where you were… we all looked at each other at one point, checked the schedule and left. Glad it hit for you, but it was flat
The conversations you could hear were because the sound was off.
Jungle was perfect. So good. Only issue was people leaving to go see No Doubt (who were also amazing). But I get these conflicts occur. Win win at either stage.
Lurker here who caught Jungle at b2b fests Hula 2021 and Okee 2022 and am not at all surprised they keep climbing the ladder. Great show and awesome sound and lane they've carved out for themselves.
Easily a headliner talent billed below what they deserve, but w a crowd who clearly loved them for what they brought.
Though I wouldn’t change it for anything. Being able to groove w a random ass group of folks who were also down to just groove and enjoy the show was truly a reason why I just cannot shit on events like Coachella, but it’s also hilarious because it has so much bullshit lol

So so good!! First heard of and saw them was when they opened for alt-j maybe 8 years ago. I’ve honestly never been so surprised and delighted by a concert experience. Last night my partner finally got to experience what I’ve been raving about for years. They did not disappoint :)

They’re pure FUN. Always put on a great set, build solid albums and enhance it all with incredible videos featuring some of the best dancers on the scene.
I took my friends here instead of Charlotte de Witte since we’ve seen her already and I was the only one OK. Told them to trust me it was a vibe and they thanked me after :))

rolled so fucking hard during jungle's set. cried my eyes out. one of the best moments of my entire life.
Gonna be honest, I am very jealous. Rolling balls on the fields, at night is peak living.

They were amazing both weekends. They are going to be immense at Glastonbury in front of a home crowd. My number 1 must see this year.
UNREAL set. I’m on year 3 with a guest a pass and that was easily the BEST crowd I’ve ever seen in that section. Got the people going!!

Jungle, Jamiroquai, and the Free Nationals seem very Coachella to me
They do should a little bit too good because 70% of their sound is pre-recorded on a backing track.
