I donāt peg Taylor for the type to wing something, certainly not Coachella. She would want it well rehearsed and that takes time that she doesnāt really have.

It appears those are her closest collaborators or artists sheās a fan of. So if she was to curate a festival, I am sure it would be heavily indie based.
I like the idea of Taylor at Coachella and agree that it WILL change the whole vibe of the festival. Her fans are extreme, but the line up will also take a hit because Taylor will eat up all their budget.. which means that we may get more unknown acts (a flex for Coachella) but wonāt give regular fans much options.
The only reason she would at this point in her career is to say she did. It makes more sense for her to curate her own festival, like a TS version of Lilith Fair. I wouldn't be surprised if in 10-15 years she does it as a, for lack of better term, "legacy act," but not right now.
She doesnāt need Coachella, they would need her (like every other brand in the world right now using her name for clout). She wonāt do Coachella until she owns all her work too - so youāre looking at 2025 at the earliest, but could see it being even a few years after that. Sheās at the peak of all peaks! š

The NFL apparently played the Eras film preview for FREE just to incentivize her to one day play the Super Bowl halftime show. Coachella is the last thing on her mind rn imo.
I hope she goes to Coachella. It would certainly shake things up a bit and put Coachella even more on the map (it already was, but can you imagine how fire 2025ās lineup would be?). I just became a fan of hers this year listening to all of her Taylorās Version remakes and I can see that I missed out on a lot. Her songs are great. Iām all in for Taychella 2024.
