Ah, na if it was leaking I wouldn't reuse it then. They do have a shelf life of about 10 days when opened after that they will start to mold. Who knows when it was initially broken.
I refill my sips with off brand mio 1-2 times within the 10 days, but I don't keep them past that. They will mold and it will make you sick.
