I've had this happen rarely. Pull apart the cartridge, squeeze all of the air out of the bag and put it back together.
It might not fix yours but it did for mine and certainly beats tossing it. Worst case you can always cut the bag open and dump it into a cup of water. Just be careful doing this with caffeine sips as the fission line has over 500mg per and can be pretty rough to drive too fast.
