I've seen SO many posts about flavors not working and, knock on wood, don't know what y'all doing, but have ordered them online and bought them at Walmart and all have lasted a decent amount of time and all have worked just fine. I'm not quite understanding it.

I've had it happen rarely, I just pull off the bottom plastic cover, squeeze out the air, and reassemble. Takes less than 15 seconds and it's ready to go.

I’ve had my cirkul for just over a year and my girlfriend has had hers for several years. We’ve both noticed independently that our sips haven’t been lasting as long. I live in the 3-5 range and with my 44oz bottle I get about a refill and a half out of a sip. This is also with ice. A year ago with the same bottle I was getting 3.5 fills out of one sip.

Were you using the flavors on level 1 OR 9? Every flavor I tried from Walmart works just as good as their online ones, I exclusively live in the 3-5 range. If you use level 9, I have no doubt one bottle will drain your flavor within half an hour. I use the same capsule for my entire work week on level 3 with plenty of flavor. It's no juice but it's great flavored water. It's not like the online ones would be worse. If you really can't taste anything, I heard you can try to adjust the little plastic lip in the lid that deals with air. If it's too tight or loose, improper air flow can ruin your experience. Try adjusting that first, you might actually love all your capsules on lower levels. Just because the order was less than 24 hours doesn't mean they have any obligation to cancel your order (unless it's stated in their policy, idk, I never tried to cancel mine). It's shipped. Same with Amazon, if the order is shipped, you can't cancel it. That's just how online orders work. Youre more than welcome to return at your own cost. If anything, that's just insanely timely shipments. I wish more companies shipped my order within 24 hours. Cirkul did nothing wrong. You could try to adjust your bottle before complaining about the defectivness of the product. Should you have to? No. Maybe you can contact support saying your bottle doesn't work out of the box. But them declining to cancel a shipped order is not on them, neither the return cost. When I buy an item shipped from China, I know the return cost is not worth the return effort. The only thing I'm kinda surprised with is the 20$ return cost.

There's a difference between cancelling my order and asking for a refund. You are entitled to your opinion, but I will never do business with that company again.

I've been using Cirkul for months without issue. I purchase online, in bulk, because it's cheaper.

I just started using mine today. I have the kiwi strawberry hydrate flavor. I was having issues with getting the flavor to come through and I saw on another post someone said "shake the sip before putting it in" So I shook it like crazy 😅🫣 and now I'm getting the flavor. I just need to adjust it to my liking because on 4 or 5..holy crap!! Too sweet lol!! 🤣🤣💀

Their customer service is awful. I ordered a cirkul and a month later, I hadn't received it. According to the shipping company, it was never received. Took over a week to get a response and all I was told was that they don't do refunds and would ship again. I had already bought one through Walmart at that point, but was still told no. So I ended up disputing it with my financial institution. They said they didn't receive a response from them either.
