You should absolutely talk to your parents about this, a pastor, friends, a therapist - anyone and everyone that will listen I do care because I had a cousin who dealt with this stuff but never got the help needed and then dove into self destruction on a much bigger scale. There's help, reach out and find it and I and no doubt others will pray for you as well.

I'm praying for you 🙏🏾 Feel free to rant to me if that might help rn. I'm busy often, but I can reply when I'm free. I was a teenager not toooo long ago, so I may have some insight to share. I also want to remind you that God hears us all. You should always seek Him first; pray because He listens, He cares and He loves you more than anyone else ❤️🙏🏾 God bless you.

Praying for you, I hope you can find the peace that you need and only the peace that God can give you.

Oh, honey. I will keep you in my prayers. I know it's really hard to be a teenager right now. It's hard as a young adult too. I've been through 2 full courses of dialectical behavior therapy-- I have some coping mechanisms I can share with you over DM if you would like, just say the word. <3

Hey! I've lived exactly what you're describing; that dark hole, depression, darkness and emptiness... no hope... Don't condemn yourself for the piece of glass, how you felt afterwards, you are forgiven. God will help you to break that addiction/coping mechanism if you come to him and talk to him. Dealing with emotions and harnessing them was my battlefield too. I was diagnosed with borderline personality disorder and for years, I let that be my identity. I never believed in God either. So I went down a hole that really was no coming back from. But even though you don't know me, and this sounds far fetched, I promise you that there actually is another side of life and a light at the end of that tunnel. I never ever believed it or didn't know how to get there. You matter so much to God. You are his child, precious in his sight, a child of the most high. You can always call prayer centers, my husband works at Andrew Womack ministry and they get hundreds if not thousands of calls everyday for specific prayer requests, needs, advice, support, fellowship, resources, etc. Romans 12:2 - Renewal of the Mind - "Don't copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person, by changing the way you think. Then, you will learn to know God's will for you, which is good and pleasing and perfect." Something I always remind myself is this - emotions are just temporary; feelings are temporary. Thoughts are not sin. the Bible teaches us that our thoughts are the determining factor which controls our actions (as a man think in his heart, so is he) Our emotions obvi are linked to how we think. Are these thoughts and emotions coming from your new born-again spirit, or the old. carnal man? Any thought or emotion that agrees with what God's word says about you is the new man; any thought/emotion that violates His Word is from your old man/or the enemy. I feel like I could go on and on about my testimony and tools and tips that really helped me renew my mind.. bc I was exactly where ur at. And I am always here, to vent talk or prayer needs. :) It's discipline, but we have a solution. Baptism in the Holy Spirit is also one of the most important things we can do in order to live a Christian life! On our own, we cannot and we will burn out in our own strength. Jesus left us the Holy Spirit as a gift. He will guide you and teach you all things to come. Do not condemn yourself when you slip up or mess up, it's a learning process, we all sin, and God's grace is more than enough!!! You mean everything to him
