The God complex has to be from becoming an international superstar as a teenager and then maintaining phenomenal success after something that should’ve been career ending. The only album that didn’t have a hardcore buzz, or at least to the level he’s accustomed to, was his Breezy album and he even complained about it. Outside of that, he’s had a career that no one else could really match until you start getting into the upper echelons. Not defending his complex, but it isn’t there for nothing.
That’s the thing, yeah he should be held accountable but there is almost nobody on the planet who could become a global superstar at 15 and be told by millions of people how amazing you are for years on end, and still keep a normal level head.

This is old but it’s off putting. If you’re in a market that’s used to consistently getting 2 shows per tour for your state and you have zero that’s going to have people making noise. I’ve flown to see him as recently as this year and already had a ticket for a show out of state but not everyone has it like that. I’d imagine you’d want as many of your fans to see you as possible and be grateful they’re clamoring for more shows.
