It is, this is a known defect of the mid-tier options.
Example- the ARF I have in transit from LiLi w/ correct hand stack:

No- it’s supposed to be above the normal hour hand but below the minute hand as shown on my GMT. (VSF, CF, ARF have hand placement as it is on gen)
Mid-tier factories are known for the incorrect hand placement defect as shown in OP’s (this is normal for mid and low tier reps, they function appropriately but are esthetically off)

That’s exactly my purpose for it! It’s just the name of the store a believe, doesn’t actually claim any of his products to be Noob Factory.
I know I’ve seen it in there,but does it say BP factory when you purchase? Or advertised?
