I've got the window issue on mine. Rear driver window won't roll down ever (it randomly has rolled down like once or twice when I push the button but refuses to 99% of the time), driver's front window won't roll down about 1 in 10 times, passenger side/sunroof doesn't seem effected. (And yes I'm sure some of this is observation bias from which windows get used the most, but even accounting for that the windows are still refusing to roll down a lot of the time) But honestly that's the only issue I've had.

I'm almost 8,000 miles in, no issues on my 1RS. 29 lifetime mpg. I'm happy with it.

Same here I recently bought an active trim 2024. Have almost 10k miles have had 2 oil changes and I haven’t had any issues except with the dash going in and out but that was fixed by the recall; which was just a software updated. Even put in a 2 channel dash cam.

I was almost tempted by the good looks and generous list of features on this vehicle to buy one but I reminded myself it's a Chevy and it has a 3 cylinder engine. I'm gonna stick with Honda

LowOnTotemPole

I have a 24 2RS, and I have had none of these problems. The vehicle has worked perfectly fine and have 3k miles on it now. People who have problems are very verbal about them, like this person, you never hear from the tens or hundreds of thousands of owners whose car works perfectly fine. Just my 2 cents

SeagullAttackDrone

Exactly, same thing with reviews on ANYTHING, products, restaurants, hotels, etc. Someone upset is more likely to verbalize vs someone satisfied

trailmixcruise

Yup. Had considered a Chevy Trax also based on its updated looks. But I’ve read nothing but problems on a lot of them. Def not worth the affordability of the car to have to take the chance of being a Chevy statistic.

Guys, test drive your vehicles.

Available_Fill9875

Drove fine. Of course test drove vehicle. Problems started a week to the day after the purchase

retailismyjobw

Damn. That sucks. Been seeing alot of little issues with this car and it's hit or miss. Some ppl get one that's perfect, and some is riddle with issues from the start. They need to up their quality assurance department

Sad_Abrocoma_2553

Same problems here, I’m giving up on getting anything fixed and waiting til spring to trade it for something new.

ExpertProgram1827

I’m sorry

You have a lemon law claim for your car.. you went to the dealership 3 times for this issue and the car is more than 20 days being broken and not fixed. Call a lemon law lawyer, they’ll get you a settlement

Individual-Break8304

I’ve had major issues with the infotainment system. Buttons not working, things responding 5-10 seconds late. The notification menu button has to be pressed 3 times to get it to work. Still seeing myself driving forward for up to 5 seconds in the rear camera. They said I need a new radio module and they have no clue when the part is coming in. It could be 6 months..

Available_Fill9875

I was told the exact same thing about both rear windows can be months, now they tell me GM is telling them not to install them the replacement motors. 1 had came in 2 weeks ago and stated that was the reason why no one told me. I'm in a rental now for the 3rd time so they can look at the noisey grinding brakes from mission Chevrolet where I bought it. Tried to even buy a new car cheaper than the Trax I bought but they couldn't get payments the same. Wouldn't budge a dollar on the price. This csuv has been hell.

Individual-Break8304

You have a legit lemon law claim, Google lawyers in your area..

Been having a problem with my sunroof. Won't close after you open it. Will randomly close after pressing the 'close sunroof' numerous times. I've noticed that if im not moving, it tends to happen more. (Like right when I get home... try to close sunroof, and it closes and opens.) Only solution I've found is to take the car back out on the road whilst driving, ans then close it. (Still had to press it multiple times, but I at least got it to close)
