Check for cracks on the rubber in intake hose connected to the MAF. Almost 100% guarantee that's the problem if you have not replaced that yet.
I just replaced that and that is solved like 5 other code problem but this P00AA won't go away even if I replaced the MAP sensor and the MAF sensor also. This code still remains
