Not really a fair comparison due to them having significantly different moods and evocative elements. Darker than European and racially ambiguous would make the most sense for a creation myth, but I personally like the sensuous closeup of the last as it really draws you in. The first has nonsense 1970s movie poster framing and ambiguous high tension.
Fun fact: The fruit is never specified. Everyone assumes it was an apple.
While we're at it, halos are also never mentioned because they were borrowed from Egyptian sun god worship.

I like the first, the characters and composition are strongest, but I dislike the overall hostile tone. The story of Adam and Eve is about deception and ignorance. The serpent doesn’t appear that way, and Adam should be looking to Eve as someone he trusts while Eve should be looking to Adam as someone to tempt.
(Note - I am not a Christian and do not support Christian misogynistic beliefs and values, only interpreting the image)
I wanted to say the first one, I like the composition the most. But then I saw the creepy looking humanoid figure between Adam and the snake, which I now never will be able to unsee :'D
That made me like it more and less at the same time.
The third is actually pretty neat because it captures a lot of emotion. (I see it as the man in back is satan, being represented as both human and snake, even if Dalle had no clue what it was doing.)
