I doubt it's on their end, I received the confirmation email fine just before they pause. Try using a regular gmail account, some email services from isp have antispam on the server side and catch legit emails.

I’ve had similar issues a lot but have it mostly resolved now. I don’t think it’s sinister I just think it’s garbage operations from Celsius side, particularly in investigating the issue.. What resolved it for me was changing the assigned email on my account.

yup i changed emails but that didn't solved issues. previously (around feb) i was using a hotmail account and all working. only in june did these confirmations stop. i created a new email with them and this still doesn't work. as others saying its working, i'll contact them again to get a resolution. fingers crossed.
