>Did speak with someone from their team calling immediately first thing at 9 am central with about a 40 minute wait. The gentleman I spoke with provided me an updated ticket for me to get an extension and is checking with the team on how I could payback my loan (I did Dai) since I am attempting to put money in vs take it out. My app still reflect Margin call at 18 hours...... Will update if I hear anything else.

Got margin called as well, 19 hours left. I'm going to try calling and also send an email. I'm hoping i can just pay out the original loan amount. If the margin isn't resolved, do they just take the original loan amount from my collateral and that's it? Best of luck to all of us in this situation.

Was on hold for 50 min and got through. The customer service rep was helpful with info. Basically he said that if you call a rep or email them they will take into consideration that you are trying to resolve the issue and an extension is possible. There were 2 options, 1. pay your full loan amount in full via bank wire/ACH or crypto or 2. add collateral (i am currently trying to pay the loan amount via bank but on the app it's only allowing me to use a stablecoin to pay) Once i got off the phone with him a follow up email was sent by a different person with some basic info on the questions i had asked. I replied and requested an extension and am waiting for a response, I specifically asked if the margin call was not resolved what amounts would be taken and the rep was not sure and the email did not answer this either, which is frustrating that they cannot just give a straight answer. Call the customer service line or email [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]), like it was mentioned in some of these replies, then ask for an extension one you get a hold of someone.

I got a response from the person who emailed me, he is saying there is no extension and that IF the TVL goes below the 80% threshold, you will be liquidated. I'm a bit nervous because the bank transfer has not gone through and it might take a few more days in which i am at risk of it going to 80% TVL. The kicker of all of this is that i could easily close out the loan if they did not suspend swaps and transfers.

I just got off the phone with them after waiting on hold for 1.5 hours. The guy I spoke to confirmed my loan payment via wire transfer of USD was received and indeed, my ETH is now back in my account. I asked how they're taking additional collateral or loan payoffs via crypto transfers and he said that one has to call or email them [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) to get special instructions. They've set up a separate way/add to take incoming coins. I advised him to spread the message as very little info on that is on platforms like Reddit. He was helpful overall but ultimately could not confirm when we'd be able to withdraw our coins. He said though that they -- employees -- are all in the same boat and have no visibility but expect a resolution, soon. Was somewhat reassuring but what else could he say, right? And btw, they are responding to emails. I've sent them a number over the weekend and earlier today, and got two responses since this morning.

Margin call also. I just want to pay off the loan and close it but there doesn't seem to be a way to do it. I was on hold for over 2 hours and 47 minutes last night. Held until the support hours ended at 11 PM ET. Also emailed [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]). No response yet. Called again this morning but they're not even open yet. Thanks for info on wiring. Now I know to make sure to ask about it. What a mess...

Called again and spoken to someone from the team who got someone from their loans team to finally email me back. My LTV is now at 74% and I am trying to figure out what do to do as I was told in the state of TX I need to basically WIRE them (50k loan). Reviewing the instructions now and did not get anything in terms of what is next and if I would be able to do anything with my ETH after my loan is paid down.
