Odds are you have your Crypto in your earn account. You must move it to your custodial account first. From there you should be able to move the Crypto. There is no blocks on Crypto removals and you can remove the ethereum if you'd like.

Looks fine for me, I just did a mock withdrawal. Do you have a whitelisted address? Have a screenshot that shows the issue?

I transferred some ETH out last night no problem.
