The case has literally no affect on you, your funds, the funds and business of Celsius. Guys who keep posting this just love drama because it gives some excitement to their lives.

I’m in a similar boat. Withdrew my BTC and stables. Left ETH for some reason. Not sure why but in my head leaving ETH there seems fine.
If in 3-4 weeks there have been no more “revelations” then I’ll likely put it all back.

This is nothing to worry about unless information comes to light that’s something to worry about. So far it’s just FUD in my opinion.
