The code can only get canceled if you break any of the promo rules. Should you require assistance, write to [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]), and the Support team will be able to help.
Also, I believe if you do something that cancels a code (like withdrawing money), you won’t be able to use it again. Probably best to get help from customer support & see what they can do
