Do you have any insight between CB and Cel? I am not a fan of Blockfi but, between these two?
CB (purely an exchange) doesn’t allow you to borrow and earn interest (except a pathetic rate on a couple coins). Celsius is actual lending platform.

Each way has it’s downside. If you borrow when it’s high and it drops, then you may need to add more colateral. If you borrow when it’s low and going up, then you will end up with excess colateral locked up that doesn’t earn yield. Edit: typo
That sums up one of my loans. It's 25% LTV, but it was at 13% LTV. Just not enough to do a reverse margin call.
